Mr. Warren Lucas was awesome. I was able to get my taxes done while enjoying it. I won't even call it getting my taxes done anymore but an experience. I would definitely recommend Jackson Hewitt to my friends because Mr. Lucas represented Jackson Hewitt well.

I just went in to file my taxes the men in there is ghetto loud he was yelling everybody was looking at me made me so uncomfortable asking me questions out loud yelling saying he get off at 5:00pm he don’t have time to do my taxes right now I had too much going on cause I was showing him old taxes I was trying to get everything together and not to mention they close at 8:00pm I didn’t know why he was so hype and loud and it’s real unprofessional and ghetto in there
