We had a great experience at this store! The sales person listened to our needs. I am short and differently abled so the remote is a lifesaver for me. My husband is not short and he doesn't like to fully recline because he reads a lot. Received the chairs yesterday and they are beautiful and functional! The delivery team was awesome!
