It took about 2 hours just to do a drug screening test. Labcorp can do better than this.

I just don’t understand how I could go through testing eight different tests show up take all the tests. My doctor calls three weeks later. Asking me why I never went to take my test went back to LabCorp. Talk to WANZA Cooper, nobody knows where my test results are. Nobody knows where my test are. This is a poor operation. Nobody knows what they’re doing. Nobody is held accountable. They have all my information out there are floating around for the world to see sign in at the kiosk scanned drivers license Medical profession they actually went to school for this. I guess sorry excuse for a LabCorp. Not only do they not have my test results they have no record of me even being in. I’m standing there with my paperwork in hand and they said I was never there.

Two+ hour lines for basic lab work, even with appointments. Incredible understaffing. No line time estimates offered.

To start with; after a bad experience years ago I swore I’d never go back here.
Today; arrived at 6:45am and about 7 people were in line. No problem. Understand. I’m in no hurry. Door opens at 0700 sharp and was greeted by a Nice Lady; used the Kiosk to Check in, sat down and was promptly called up in less than 5 minutes. The usual Card Scan and was told to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. 10 minutes later I get called back and the Super Sweet Lab Tech with a Great Attitude and Personality went right to work, took Blood without my hardly knowing she had put the needle in and was home by 0745!!
Excellent Service. Excellent Job. Great way to start your day!!

My doctor messed up my lab order and these ladies were helpful. I only give 4 stars because the check-in process online isn’t very helpful, it was better just to do a walk-in both times I went.

Made an appointment on their website prior to a next day visit and found out there’s literally no point making the appointment beforehand because they just let walk ins to take the priority. The appointment I scheduled was in the early morning and it turned out I have to wait several big hours to the late afternoon to actually get to me. Then what’s the meaning of making appointments?????? A true masterpiece of poor planning

Clean, respectful staff, and quick to be seen. Could not have asked for a better experience.

The employees are nice enough but appointments don’t mean anything. I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes past my appointment time

Don't bother making an appointment. When they get busy they just go first come first serve. Set in the lobby for 90 min before I was called back.

I went in and paid my bill in full via cash. Still receiving bills in mail for an amount due.

Unfortunately I couldn't give it negative stars. IF you can go somewhere else run. It begins at the front desk , the receptionist is beyond rude. The lab techs are nice. HOWEVER, when you tell them BEFOREHAND you're a difficult to drawn why do three sticks before getting the person who can do it in one!!! The wait to be seen is at least an hour (actually more). Btw, every if there are a few people in the waiting room! THEN it took 3 weeks for the doctor to receive the results. Anthem Healthkeepers doesn't allow me to go to another facility regardless of the complaints filed. Instead of patient care it should be called patient, we don't care.

Appointments supercede walk-ins. Waste of my valuable time

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve had getting blood drawn. Waiting area was clean and spacious. Appointment was for 12:00, I arrived nearly 20 minutes early. I expected to have to wait. Self check-in process was seamless. After check in I waited less than 2 minutes before being called to the back. In and out in what I estimate to be less than 10 minutes. Every staff member I engaged with was pleasant.

This is quite possibly the best experience I have ever had at a LabCorp facility! Everything moved very smooth and I was done quickly.
Tish, the technician, was kind, considerate, friendly, and aaaaamazing at drawing blood! I am usually very uncomfortable and dizzy, following. It barely felt when Tish did it.
I accidentally left my water bottle in the bathroom. When I walked in the door, Tish saw me and told me I left my bottle, and then the front desk administrator was at that very moment looking for my phone number to call me. I was floored by the care they exuded ❤️
Both ladies are above and beyond in how they treat others - what a blessing to spend a few minutes with them - I highly recommend this LabCorp for your testing needs!
