I'm a member of Langley went to this branch to ask a simple question about insurance offered to members ,I was very rudly with a nasty attitude by a Hispanic associate there don't know her name if I did I would post it, I think that she should be fired .

Take money and run. They have made everyrhing harder than it has to be.Parent passed away, fine the freeze account. Then they need death certificate. Another incontinence but fine. But then they tell me I have to come back again to sign papers to get money, and to top it off they have to mail it to me. They wont give me a check when I come and sign papers. I don't live near this idiocy of a credit union. It's a hour drive minimum to get there, this is BULL. I just lost parent and they are so unhelpful. Never have been, I hated that she was using them, and was in process of changing. Obviously not fast enough.And if you need to see someone in an office plan to be there at least 2hours

Charge $160 late fee because their system won’t update automatic mortgage payments when escrow changes. The payments are supposed to be automatic for a reason. Then, when you go to pay the full amount due, they will not accept a payment online or over the phone because their system will only accept balance due AND next month’s payment. Will be filing a complaint for this egregious and unethical conduct.

This location does not do their drive thru depending on man power which is not listed here. But I also received unsolicited financial advise from the teller. Totally offputting and I will not be back to this location.

love the Bank, tellers have always been great, only negative of this bank is the parking lot, but not alot can be done for that. nothing againt this location, but would live to know who screws up the Langley Fed. web page? it use to be so user friendly. now i hate going on line to do anything. Can it go back when the page was set up and easy to use? thanks for listening.

I’ve been a member for about five years now and I am no longer in the area to be able to go to the branch. Calling over the phone has been the worse experience ever!!!!!! It seems nobody is monitoring the calls taken by the reps. They are as rude as can be. It hasn’t been just a few times that I’ve interacted with a rude rep either. It’s just about every time I call in. I’ve worked in customer service via telephone for over 10 years and there is no way I would talk to a customer the way that I’ve been spoken to in fear of losing my job. There’s no way they’re being monitored and reprimanded for the blatant disrespect and attitude they give. It’s to the point that I don’t even want to bank with Langley any more. The institution itself offers good products but some of the employees are just nasty. Makes it really hard to do business. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

For whatever reason this is the ONLY location with the two lane drive thru that's ALWAYS closed! If you have a drive thru you shouldn't have to come in. It's definitely a INCONVENIENCE for customers and this location needs to do better!!

I have been assisted by Mrs. Angela Sanders and I must say my customer experience was satisfactory. I received a follow up call the day after which I appreciated. To have someone take the time to listen to my concerns and try to help me is something I am grateful for. You don’t always get this kind of experience at establishments.

They are very irresponsible, they have my wife to relax to pay for a motorcycle that was stolen and everything has her papers in order and everything and they raise and lower her credit the credit of 800, they lowered it to 600, everything is an abuse What do they do.

I was told I had to get a $5/month account because my credit score was 599 but I told her I'm looking at Equifax for me as of today and it says 645! She said well maybe due to the medical. What! That's been on there and I just told you in my hand is my credit score from them as of today. I think she used my score from 18 months ago when I applied for a car loan. This credit score for banking and car insurance is BS and needs to go OR not allow medical to be in the formula. ONLY credit lines. I opened savings as I need it easy for my fiancee to get me his part of bills but that's the ONLY business they will get! I will stay with 1st Advantage and Eastman Savings & Loan. They have both been absolutely wonderful over the years!!
