DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience ever. I'd been doing my taxes with H&R Block, and because of some issues with my divorce, needed to change tax service providers. I went to this office, thinking that Liberty offices were similar to H&R Block. They are NOT the same. Unlike H&R where all of the offices are connected by a central system - each Liberty office is individually owned and operated, so your experience will vary depending on how the location is managed and operated. And this office was GOD AWFUL.The person who helped me misrepresented what was going on with my taxes, I ran around and got a lot of additional information for him, which then he said would produce a refund. Turned out he filed me incorrectly, and then I ended up owing money. When I went back to ask him to fix it, he got super defensive and abusive - called me all kinds of names, a lot of misogyny going on - I was a mess. I asked to speak to the manager, who avoided my calls and refused to speak to me about the issue. I ended up going to a different office and they were SO kind and helped me sort it all out. I had to file an amended return, which the other office did for free even though they didn't have to, and it took over TWO YEARS to get actually sorted with the IRS.SO DO NOT under any circumstances do your taxes here unless you want red tape administrative hell offered with a healthy dose of abuse.

I have been coming to have my taxes done by this office for 15 yrs and have always been satisfied by the professional, friendly, and quick turn around time on my taxes. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

I love filing my taxes here. Eddie is always so helpful, so knowledgeable, and very compassionate. I enjoy having my taxes done correctly and I always leave with peace of mind. I file at this location every year and they NEVER let me down. The service is quick and professional, as well. I came in before my agreed time and Eddie got straight to business. Also, I called ahead and he told me everything I needed to bring. I highly recommend!
