Came in to purchase some foundation. I needed assistance to locate the supplies needed to sample the foundation to match my skin tone. I could not find anyone to assist me in the store. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. One store worker was on her cell phone and no one was attentive to customers needing help.

I've had both good and bad experiences at the Mac store in Patrick Henry mall. Someof the women are extremely nice while others aren't so nice.
