I came in today looking for a phone for my daughter Cyana helped me not only with getting my daughter's phone but I ended up getting a tablet as well she got me the best deals on both devices along with all the accessories for them helped my pockets tremendously she had a positive vibe about her customer service was great and was very knowledgeable on everything one of the better metros I've been 2 in years

Just a bunch of con men especially the guy that works there. Be careful they word stuff to trick you.. like it makes sense that adding a line is an extra $90 when my original plan is $50. They also don’t carry new phones either.. as soon as this 4 months I’m stuck with is over I’m getting away from Metro. After 8 years SMH

I have been in there in the last 5 months probably three times over me breaking my phone and each time Oliver has been the most customer service professional and shared his expertise on electronics with me and I thoroughly appreciate. I hope this company appreciates Oliver is he's going above and beyond in customer.
