I have been in there in the last 5 months probably three times over me breaking my phone and each time Oliver has been the most customer service professional and shared his expertise on electronics with me and I thoroughly appreciate. I hope this company appreciates Oliver is he's going above and beyond in customer.

Came in today with a BIG issue that has lasted 4 months now and Cyana the store manager was able to help me for over 2 hours! We were able to get me a new phone with ACP and I'm only paying $35 a month with unlimited and protection! Come see her!!!!

Your salesperson behind the desk wasn't the friendliest employee, he fixed the problem on my boyfriends phone, when we asked him about his cracked screen he wasn't concerned about it! Instead of replacing it, he told us to call the number on the screen protector box to replace it, he appeared to be unhappy about working that day which was on Sunday, 5-21. My opinion, he needs a little more training on customer service.

I was so frustrated with my experience with the other Metro stores. No one knew what they were doing. I even spoke to a manager and she didn't even know the procedure. But when I went to this store on Oyster Point Eli really knew what was going on! More than customer service or the other stores! I was so impressed by Eli and if knows more than the managers at the other store( on Jefferson do not go there) then he needs to be promoted. He was a nice young man give him a raise. That is ELI give him a raise already!

The staff are quite uneducated at this location. They don't listen to the customer to really understand the questions they are being asked. The manager is very rude. She left us waiting for service for quite some time. Then she came out from the back room to say that they "didn't see us waiting". There were multiple cameras in the store. There is no way we weren't seen. Then she sends out two very inexperienced staff members to help us. While we were being helped, she left the store. Upon her return there were two customers waiting for service. She went straight into the back room and slammed the door. Which only served to anger another customer that was trying to get help. This location needs an overhaul in staff. Big time.

I went in to the Metro store expecting just another blah salesperson pushing a product because they get paid for it. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Bella. She was not only extremely cheerful and friendly, but she was able to answer every question I had and help me pick out the best phone for my needs. We need more people like Bella in the world. Thank you for making my experience superb. You have a customer for life.

The young man Tyler tried to help me until he called his manager also girlfriend Cyana Wertz at the Jefferson Richneck Metro and she informed Tyler not to help me because she refused my service at her location.

Only 1 person works in the store so you definitely have to have patience. He was very helpful with everyone. Customer Service is great.
