The staff is always incredibly friendly and they go out of their way to help me find what I need. As a wheelchair user, I appreciate how the team treats me with respect and kindness. Michael’s creates a welcoming and supportive shopping experience.

I've had it with this place! Online coupons only, none for the store. Prices have doubled or even tripled! They are forcing online buying. Today I was greeted by a woman asking for 20 bucks to secure a room for the night IN THE STORE! I've been a rewards member for years....Today they couldn't find me. I'll shop Amazon before Michael's ever again!

I came in to get some balloons filled for my kiddo’s birthday party.
I go here over a certain party store because the party store is always backed up and takes 2-3 hours to fill orders.
All of the ladies working up front were so kind and helpful. Sabrina really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order, and she was kind enough to help me get everything out to the car since it was such a large order. She had me out the door within 30 minutes and didn’t lose a single balloon!
I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Used to be a go-to - now many of the shelves are bare, prices remain high, but limited staff and competition like Amazon are making Michael's and other stores like it suffer.
Sad, but we only go here now to walk around and get ideas before shopping online and saving money.
Still a great place for certain things, just not what we go for.
I encourage you to give it a look and see for yourself - they may have exactly what you need.
But as for us, Michael's has unfortunately lost its appeal.
Still less expensive than Jo-Anne Fabric with all of their crafts stuff

Decent selection at good prices. Their poster board, however is usually in pretty rough shape.

This is the best Michaels in my area. People are polite, helpful and very personable. Well-stocked and clean. They helped me get discounts too!
