There needs to be new and professional providers that know how to keep and maintain a schedule. This is the second time I have been at this minute clinic, with a set appointment, having to wait 30+ minutes almost an hour to be seen. If your provider cannot manage all the appointments, maybe utilize the second door/room and bring 2 providers in, instead of one. This was a huge inconvenience for me because now I’m extremely late to my other appointments due to the provider’s incompetence.

First time visiting and was impressed. Check in was really easy and was called at my scheduled time. The nurse Dominique was really sweet and made me feel super comfortable, great bedside manner and world-class customer service that I haven't experience in a while.

Routinely doesn’t show up for appointments. No way to call anyone either. Very unprofessional outfit.

Provider was rude and condescending. She knew more about what I came in for than I did, per her feedback. When I chose not to be seen, due to her rudeness, she gladly escorted me out the door. Choose a different Minute Clinic - the provider in Hampton was very friendly and helpful.

If I could rate this as a zero I would. The provider working was so incredibly rude that we left and refused to let her even give my children their flu shot. It obviously did not phase her, because when I said we were leaving due to her attitude all she said was “Bye! There’s the door”.

Previous visit who was very helpful recommended a followup visit and was told off to go somewhere else on the second, received no help or advice. the nurse was very demeaning about this and had me cancel my appointment. I'm still feeling embarrassed and that I wasted time

I went here for my COVID vaccine. I was stuck in tunnel traffic and running late so I called. I had to call a few times to the automated system but finally got a hold of someone who was able to inform the nurse practitioner. When I did arrive everyone was very friendly and pleasant. The nurse practitioner was kind and answered all my questions. Within the first 15 minutes I had a reaction that was like a fainting spell/low blood sugar & the nurse plus Malcolm, brought me a water, fanned me, and offered me a Benadryl. The shot itself was pain-free and I didn't even feel like I had gotten the shot.

I went online and checked in so I didn’t spend a ton of time in the actual lobby. When I got there I typed in my info and my access code and it put me at the top of the list. I felt bad because another girl had been there for a while but I understand the concept, I made an appointment instead of just walking in. I waited about 15-20 min passed my “appointment time” but that was alright. Once in the room, the PCP and her assistant were very nice, very professional, made sure I understood every single thing they were telling me and made me feel really comfortable upon leaving. They are different from Medexpress in that they charge the same copay as your regular doctor copay and they offer a ton of services I didn’t know about. I highly recommend them. They do close for lunch (as they should) and their hours are listed outside the clinic as well as online so people just need to plan around that. Also, check in online to reduce in store wait times!

I scheduled a PPd test with the clinic and paid 35 dollars for the test at 520 on 10/2. I scheduled a visit for with in my 48-72 time window on 10/5 at 850 am. At 830am on 10/5 I received a text message saying my visit was canceled. No phone call with an explanation, just canceled visit. I thankfully was at the clinic and went inside when I was told by the RN there that she was closing the clinic due to construction. When confronted about why she hadn’t called me she sai

The first time I came here it was great, super quick and the Nurse was so nice. I came here for a simple TB test. I come back 2 days later to have it read, I made an appointment and it took my an hour and a half to be seen. It only takes 5 seconds to have a TB test read it was just frustrating to wait so long to be seen for something to quick when I had also made an appointment. If you can make an appointment with your primary care doctor instead of coming here I would definitely recommend that! I would only come here if you absolutely have to do and don't have any other options!

Daughter has been waiting hours. When she first got there it said it would be an hour break. I now realized that she has been sitting through the provider's lunch break. Especially with a university nearby with lots of students coming, who are doing this on their own for the first time it would be helpful if the provider would actually say they were leaving for lunch to let them know they might want to come back.
