Kaylee took care of my husband on 10/14 for new eyeglasses. She was very patient, sweet and super accommodating and was able to get good deals on two pairs of glasses. She took care of us again today 10/23 when I went to pick up my glasses and my husband had to return one of his glasses for readjustment. She discovered the problem right away and was going to.send has glasses back to the lab to be fixed. Again she was very sweet, nice and diligent.

The frames that they helped me pick out were cute. Instead of offering me computer glasses I was offered glasses for distance and reading. By the time me and a(Taylor)consultant figured out which prescription was needed it was too late. Now I have frames with a prescription I cam’t use . Taylor was very helpful in figuring out what I needed although it was too late. This was a least my third trip back to the office. The first frames I purchased were out of stock which it took about two weeks to figure that out. It was too much and I still left not having what I needed. Never again.

The best experience I've had with my eyes, ever! Everyone was incredibly nice, and Ne'shey was the best associate to help me from any optical store I've been to in the last 20 years. She was all over it! My daughter and I both had appointments and we were out in less than 2 hours, and left smiling and happy, and I will definitely recommend this location! I have been to 2 other locations and they CAN NOT COMPARE!

I had a wonderful experience picking out my new glasses. Some many frames choose from however Shay and her expertise able to help me decide on the perfect pair for me. The two lovely ladies at the front desk, Holly and Taylor both very pleasant and efficient. I am truly excited about my first new glasses!

My experience at this location was 5 stars from the moment I scheduled online my appointment until the end of my visit. Front desk ladies with excellent customer service skills, the lady who did the pre-screening was super nice and professional. The doctor was nothing but all I was hoping to, very professional, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions in a very understanding way, I was very happy with her. And finally Ms. Ne’Shay made my day with her great attitude and outstanding customer service skills, helping me choose my eyeglasses frame, she was awesome. Thank you MyEyeDr location at Denbigh, Newport News, you are doing great ?

NeShay was amazing! such a vibe and super nerdy about glasses lol she LOVES her job, my first experience was amazing because of these two! The doctor was so professional and kind, the type of doctor that you if you met outside of her profession you’d think is a pretty laid back and a fun person.
