I bought 10kt gold and diamonds pandent . The lady was very nice and give me good price . I spend $ 3500 for Miami cubin necklace and Jesus diamond charm . I get all papers and pay by credit card . She ask for ID and I give ID. Thats ok and cool she say that is for safety ..I recommend to newport news people for buying gold is the best place to go .I and my wife really very satisfied.

Great business, not sure what all the concern over fake gold is coming from, from my experience, the gold is all real and of high quality. The sellers take the time to understand your price range and what you are looking for and always give a fair price.

this place is very very horrible and ran by crooked people. They assure you that you have a lifetime guarantee on their items and if anything happens they can repair it at no extra cost....then when something happens, they still charge u for it...because i knew and remember the terms of the purchase, she tried to get rid of me by calling security and telling them i threatened her. Good thing i had my camera on and recorded the entire conversation before i walked over there

They’ll sell you 10k gold, then when it starts turning black, they’ll tell you it’s actually 8k gold (which I had no idea even existed). If the jewelry doesn’t have a stamp on it, it isn’t real gold. The jewelry they sold me was cheap quality with no stamp on it.Please do not take the chance with these scammers. They will not give your money back. I lost out on almost $200.I’ve received better quality jewelry from Etsy. As for the other reviews, good quality gold should not be tarnishing that quickly. Go get your jewelry tested elsewhere and you’ll see the true karats…I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down yet. Crooked people….

I THOUGHT my necklace was tarnished….the charm as well. Brought it in to speak with the owner. She told me how to get it cleaned….it worked. Back like new.Update to my review. Most of the jewelry sold here is 10k gold. I was unaware that chlorine and oils can damage 10k gold. Unless you buy a higher quality gold, do not be surprised if you experience discoloration or tarnishing of your gold since 10k gold is mixed with other metals (bronze, alloy and nickel). I made the mistake of wearing my necklace in the pool for an extended period of time. It did show signs of discoloration; however, it was able to be restored to its original color. Either remove it when in the pool or clean it immediately after exiting.

Bought a herringbone chain and bracelet set from them 6 months ago before purchasing ask if it could be dipped in rose gold she told me that I would have nothing to worry about. Haven't even worn it yet and it is turning black. The woman told me there is nothing that she can do for me. Terrible bussiness. I would not recommend anybody to buy jewelry from them.

Do not buy from here ! Yuh have been warned. I spent $395 on a bottom girl for 6 teeth ! I am not happy with the quality of gold ! The grill is of poor quality and the owner claims his jewelry maker is the best ! Do not give this company your money nor the location in the Chesapeake mall ! The owner does not care if you don't like what was produced he just wants your cash anything comes back wrong and he is not willing to fix the fix. I had my grill not even 4 weeks and the gold tore ! I took it back and he charges me extra to fix. The fix looked like my 11 ye old soldered it back together. The grill looks tarnished after 3 weeks ! Do not buy one thing ! The quality is so shitty you will regret purchasing anything !

i havent bought any jewels from here bcuz i see all the bad reviews.
However, based on the prices, they are excellent, Only if Real Gold. now if its fake like every1 say, then i can see why the prices are so good. but yea. good prices, and She's not too pushy.
But im hesitant to buy bcuz of all these bad reviews!

I read the reviews before going to the mall and went to each store to price 10K gold teeth. I actually ended up getting my teeth from this place and the price & quality was unbeatable. I wear them everyday and the lady gave me proper instructions on how to maintain them. The employees are very sweet and work with your budget.
