Chandler Price will make YOU his priority. He will listen and help define exactly what you want for the price you want to pay. I always felt like he had my best interests at the top. He was not pushy and I never felt pressured to make a decision. His manner is kind, honest and professional. He also returned my calls/emails quickly. You won't be disappointed.

Our sales consultant, Dylan Lamont, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was friendly and did not pressure us at all. We also enjoyed working with Nigel (Sales Manager) and James (Finance). Overall I would say this is the most professional group of people that I’ve been able to purchase a car from to date. I would highly recommend Pearson Toyota. We had a great experience and are enjoying our new 4Runner.

Dylan was amazing!!! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!! I must say, the announcement and red ribbon on the car with all of the staff outside applauding made the experience even better!!! Thank you for that! My 16 year old LOVED it!!

Dylan, our sales associate, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. He helped us from start to finish and made sure to keep us updated with the delivery of our new vehicle. Everyone we encountered at Pearson was very helpful and friendly. We were also given a very fair trade in for our older vehicle. So glad our friends and neighbors recommended Pearson!

I recently leased a 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Pearson Toyota, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ryan was professional, transparent, and patient with all my questions. Him and his team gave me a fair offer without the usual pressure or games you sometimes find at dealerships. The finance process was straightforward, and everything was clearly explained.
What stood out most was how smooth and efficient the entire process was. I felt valued as a customer, and I drove off confident that I got a great deal. If you’re looking for a Toyota in the area, I highly recommend Ryan to help you out.

Absolutely Flawless execution by the entire staff. I came in 45 minutes before they closed and needed to make a deal that day because of life circumstances. They worked with me, found me the vehicle I wanted and even down-sold me to a vehicle that met my requirements. Dylan was a rock star from start to finish. Stayed late cleaning up paperwork and helping through the process as there were some pretty big hurdles. 100% would return here happily!

Quote me $450 for a part I bought at auto zone for $60
Get the part put on everything checks out I pay for labor before I leave they do my Free inspection and rate all my tires at red and I’m looking at my tires knowing I’m not seeing things (because they look fine) i bring them to 2 separate tire shops for 2nd and 3rd opinion and both other shops tell me I’m in the green and far from red. So yeah wouldn’t trust this spot looking for way for you to spend more money

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment and I was very pleased with the salesperson who sold me it. He was very good at his job, and was not pushy at all! If you want to buy a new, used car, I highly recommend James Church as your salesperson.

Alyssa was very accommodating during my recent purchase at this dealership. She was knowledgeable about the car features which helped in my decision to purchase. She was responsive regarding my many additional questions and requests. I appreciate her hard work!
EDIT: Awhile after this purchase I discovered I was provided an Auto Check that was generated nearly 2 months prior to my purchase of the vehicle. Several months after I purchased the vehicle I received a Courtesy Carfax report from a different Toyota following an oil change and saw a minor front end accident that occurred prior to my purchase. My issue was that the vehicle exhibited an odd habit of veering to the left and the right which started a few days after I bought it. Neither this Toyota or one closer to my home was able to determine the issue and repeatedly told me nothing was wrong with the car and it was simply how it handled. Needless to say I just couldn’t get comfortable in this vehicle. Beware of a dealership that thinks it’s ok to present customers with 2 month old auto check reports.

Elijah at Pearson Toyota completely redeemed my opinion of this dealership! After a previous salesman (three years ago!) left a really bad taste in my mouth, I honestly wasn’t sure I’d ever come back. But Elijah turned everything around. He was professional, patient, and genuinely listened to what we needed. No pressure, no games—just honest communication and great customer service from start to finish.
