Honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. Been calling for 3 days. Left a vm with my name and number. Texted the number on their website talked to someone, that person told me that someone from the dealership would call me shortly. That was 3 days ago. We have a brand new Outlander and just wanted the oil change. Will be going elsewhere for all service.

First impression was nice, super easy and smooth to buy my truck from here. But unfortunately, it took them over a month to pay off my trade in, because of a rushed sale, and I was gonna buy the truck regardless, but it was such a headache getting them to pay off my previous vehicle , they didn’t even send me my tags or registration as promised and now keep ignoring my calls. Went from “we’ll overnight your registration and tags” to “we’ll mail it to you within a few days” to now, close to 90 days later, i’ve still got my temporary registration and tags and i’m now out of state clear across the country, happy with my vehicle but fed up with the customer service and all this extra money i’ll probably have to spend on titling and registering my vehicle lol. I understand the sales world is fast, and you’ve gotta make money but I wasn’t going to leave your lot without buying the truck. Moving forward, please throughly close a sale instead of rushing through it and missing severe details thinking the customer won’t notice. I’m really disappointed in the follow up service because I honestly had a great impression walking in now I wish I just went down the street.

The buying process is quick, but beware paying for the car up front. The dealership seems to rarely be open or have anyone present at the storefront so trying to get the keys to your car after repairs is a painfully slow process.This review may be edited later if the situation changes, but so far it's been about a week being unable to contact anyone at the dealership or be able to go inside since it seems to be locked at almost all times.I've also called the number sposted on the website, Google maps, and under the owner's response to reviews. They never answer the phone. Both service and sales departments.

Unfortunately at this time where the pandemic is coming and going, the service was good. I believe you could make the waiting room more appealing and comfortable, especially since I was there for 2.5 hours for my first oil change.I'm just happy that it was accomplished, upon my return to reset my lights, Alex was aware and took my car right in without an appointment. The main lobby is clean, it could use some sprucing.Overall my visit was great and my car and I are back on the open road

I summited my info through an ad on Facebook for a $34.95 synthetic oil change, immediately I was contacted by someone from the shop and we scheduled an appointment. At first I thought the price is too good to be truth, to my surprise everyone at the shop was kind and professional and was charged the $34.95! I was so happy with the service and price I decided to write this review, thank you!

On Saturday 3/22/22, my husband and I were in search of a vehicle and stopped by a dealership near our home. I am so glad we did! Those guys were friendly, funny and had us in a new car in about an hour and 1/2. And you may say it’s because I had really good credit right? No, actually my credit score was 640 and they treated me as though it was 800.Please stop by and ask for Troy. Tell him Ms. Harris sent you.

TPMS light was on when I arrived. I was told they would check it out but when the oil change was completed the TPMS light was still on. I was told the technician was going to drive it around the block to see if it was going to turn off. He returned and said it was off. The next morning it came back on and my tire was flat. I called the Service Department back and spoke with the Service Manager. I told him what happened and asked why wasn't this noticed during my oil change. I asked were my tires checked. He said yes but if it was the screw in my tire would have been seen. Also, my battery terminal was loose and my car didn't start a few days later. Again, if my car was checked out then this should have been caught as well. The Service Manager was very dismissive when I spoke with him. I have taken my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to the dealership in San Antonio ever since I bought it in 2016 and the service has always been great. I am new to the area and wanted to continue getting my service from Mitsubishi. However, I am very disappointed in the service I received from James River Mitsubishi.

Just purchased a new vehicle for my wife while on vacation. Had the best experience at a dealership probably ever. They were very polite, not pushy. Helped us get a very fair trade value and a amazing finance rate . Thanks to Joe and Joe Sr. For all your help ! Very quick service as well.

Required maintenance light was on so I took it in to get it checked. They worked on my car without notifying me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I’ve never been to an auto shop that doesn’t tell you what’s wrong with your car and the pricing before they start working on it. What if I didn’t have the money to pay? I just needed my required maintenance light reset, the car was just purchased and serviced less than 2 months ago so I know it didn’t need any work done. To my surprise here they come telling me they’ve done an oil change (my oil was perfectly fine, still had 7,000 miles until my next one) and rotated my tires. It felt very much like a bait and switch. I won’t be coming back to this service center. I know when I’ve been swindled.

David was great with the whole buying process and working with me virtually when need be. After purchasing the vehicle it seemed as if I was forgotten about. They said contact them with any questions but either I was ignored or only part of my question was answered. Excuses were constantly being made as to why something could not be done. I was in a time crunch but hopefully those with a little more time on their hands will have a better experience.

Never purchase a vehicle from this place bought a S UV on 2 20 22 and 10 days later I find out the struts are Rusted and corroded And would never have passed inspection in their service department yet they sold me the vehicle and we'll do nothing to rectify it Their manager Joe was very rude save your money

David was the best salesman that I’ve ever worked with. Knew how to help us and worked with us throughout the whole process. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Vehicle. The staff was friendly as well, everyone gave us a warm welcome when arriving and assured us that we would have no worries and would walk away with something new.

I had the most amazing experience working with this dealership. Their the most easy going and down to earth people to work with during the entire process. Completely transparent and upfront. Both Joe Sr and his son Joe are awesome as well as the owner, if I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would.

Great experience! My wife and I were looking to purchase a pre-owned luxury SUV. Joe and Joe Sr were very helpful and not the least bit pushy. Also, made us an unbelievable deal on my wife’s new (to us) Porsche Cayenne.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated! Great service and I bought my Mitubishi SUV new in 2018!!
