Called a few different times and was not able to get service

called him early in the morning to fix brakes- he said he would be to my location within a few hours. he then missed that time, called again and asked if i actually needed the repair that day. i said yes and let him know i had somewhere to be that evening. he ended up coming an hour after and conveniently “forgot” a tool needed for the repair. told me he wouldn’t go home and grab it and that he would contact me the following day. he never contacted me and i was left to find a different mechanic.

Mr. Pigatts helped me on my Cadillac 2006 when I needed him a few months ago. I called so many mechanics and their numbers were off the chain. I felt like I had to go rob the bank or something. For my tune up, Big Al's wanted 1200 for it... that's crazy. Mr. Pigatts did it in about 2 hours and for A LOT LESS than that and was gracious enough to tell me about other things I can do to keep the car in check in the future. Please do not waste your $ on big corporations just to pay their technician's paycheck for the week...Call Pigatts.
