Took my Tahoe in for oil change, rotate tires and front-end alignment. Made the appointment weeks ago and sat there for two and a half hours before I decided that was enough!!! Went in spoke to John and he went to see where it was..according to him they were just finishing up the oil change and they were waiting for another car to get off the alignment machine..I was like how long and he said another hour.. I was like no I will take my car. Appointments mean nothing!! You are NOT a priority like they proud themselves on!! Priorities for life is a joke!!! I will just pay to have my stuff done!!

Got to love their Express oil change .... Obviously their definition of Express and my definition of express is two different things. I sat there in the waiting room for 2 hours waiting for my car in an Express oil change.

I took my car in for a free oil change and was told that my tire had a nail in the drivers side front tire and that it was to close to the edge to be repaired and offered to replace it for $190.00. I declined and took my car to Costco.the technician there said it did not have any nail in the tire and I quote "someone tried to RIP you off. I took it back to priority the net day and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was in a meeting and he would call me which of course he never did. I cannot do business with a dearler I cannot trust. I hope noone will trust them or they will get ripped off too,

Like many others have written setting up an appointment here is not by any means an appointment. I chose to drop off for an 8am "appointment" figuring I could be able to pick up my truck by 9/10 am and still be able to get to work. This was not the case. My truck was not ready until 430pm and the explanation was because of our dated Covid rules. The service manager said I was not a priority because people were ahead of me waiting. Very disrespectful staff and 100% lack of management worth anything.

I would have to rate this as my worst experience with a deal thus far.I purchased a truck from them over a month ago, I still have no paperwork, no tags. no communication. I have called and emailed and texted, 23 days after signing the paperwork, I revived an email saying they needed an emissions, which is reasonable. what is not reasonable is finding out through this communication only that they filed in the wrong state. I still don't know what address they used, or if my credentials are floating in the ether. The salesman did not listen, and is not admitting to his mistakes. the business manager was too busy leaving for Paris to check, and the GM while genuinely attempting to do right, has no bearing over his staff or business practice.this is my dream truck, and now every time I look at it, I'm disappointed.

Had an appointment, waited 7 hours to be told vehicle wouldn't be worked on that day because I dropped it off. People waiting have priority. What is the use of an appointment. I was going to wait and I was told it would be a few hours (for an oil change)

I brought my car in for a motor oil pressure issue and when I picked it up the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead and they gave me 1000 excuses on why my car wouldn't start when it was starting just fine when I brought it in 3 days prior. I definitely wouldn't recommend goin there for service

I have trusted Priority Chevrolet to repair my 2005 Suburban since I purchased the car from there. Although many years old, I have maintained the car. I have been pleased with the service until a few weeks ago when charged nearly 2,000 for an oil change, 4 new tires, and to fix the problem with not being able to fill the gas tank. The gas pump shuts off after putting in one gallon of gas as though the tank is full. I was told it was a vent problem and that it was resolved. The next day after getting my car, I had a flat tire on the rear driver's side. I called the dealership and towed my car in. The mechanic who installed the tires mentioned it had something to do with the air stem--totally not right! Two days later, I had another flat but this time on the rear passenger side. It looked like a piece of bone was stuck in the tire. The service department was not open so I called AAA. He had the tire fixed in a jiffy. So I decided to try to fill the tank since I was out. I could not and still could not. I called the dealership but I could not get an appointment for a week. Currently, I have made an appointment with Sprinkle and Williams for 8 July to get a true diagnosis of the problem. I am very disappointed that after calling the dealership, the service manager never returned my call nor have tried to get my car back in without charge to truly fix the issues. Service at Priority is horrible.
