Classic Nissan of Newport News has treated me well the entire time I owned my Sentra. From sales, finance, front desk and service. They were top notch. The service department was always professional and timely. They let me know if I needed something, but they did not pressure me. They gave me options to look over in case I do want more from a service at that moment. Even though I no longer have a Nissan, I always suggest their dealership to people who are looking. My little Sentra was such a great car for what we needed at the time. We aren't gone forever as customers.

Had an amazing expierence with Asia and the whole sales team. Asia was very knowledgeable on our vehicle we were looking at, she answered all our questions. The sales team was upfront on all the process, which only took 3hrs from the time I stepped on the lot to leaving with a new vehicle.

They did a good job servicing my vehicle. Only weird thing was that the service workers flat out ignored you once you come in. You kind of just float around the shop until someone finally acknowledges you to help you.

The service staff understood and explained the provisions of the warranty on my car and were able to address any problems as soon as needed parts could be procured. They were flexible in terms of when I picked up the car which had to be delayed for days. I appreciate the friendly, confident manner they displayed and I am completely happy with the experience and the repair that was completed.

If I could rate this lower than a one star, I would. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent service incident involving service of one of my three vehicles. As a long-term customer and Priority member, I was disappointed to discover that significant changes to my membership benefits were made without any prior notification. This lack of transparency has undermined my trust in your services.
Additionally, my recent experience with your dealership was marked by poor communication and unprofessional conduct from the staff. My concerns were not adequately addressed, and I did not feel that my status as a military service member was recognized or valued during my visit.
Given my loyalty and prior positive experiences, this situation is particularly disappointing if this is new culture of this dealership. I have changed my focus on purchasing a new vehicles from this dealership. Additionally, I have elevated this to leadership with no response. Good luck with your business!

Alicia and Orlando made my vehicle purchase easy and pleasant. It was straight forward and quick. They respected your time and did everything to make sure you walked away with a deal you can be proud of. I will definitely think of them when I make another vehicle purchase.

Was a priority Nissan customer before the change and would come here for my free oil changes for life. However when I came this time I was never notified about the change until after my service was done and forced to pay for the oil change. Had I been told this in the beginning I would have went elsewhere. This should be something highly broadcasted and the business is unprofessional for allowing this to occur. Also they always “suggest” a coolant flush, brake flush etc. even after you have gotten it done recently for extra money. If you are a former priority Nissan customer who bought their vehicle there in the past I would stray far away from this place.
