I would have gave 5 stars but the prices are a little high. The people are super nice, very helpful, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. Good place to come and hang out. I recommend Quick vape Lounge to anyone who partakes in vaping or simply interested in checking out something different!

Seriously amazing! I have awful anxiety and have tried every drug on the market. My therapist recommended I try CBD products as a Hail Mary. I was so anxious to try this and didn’t know what to ask for. The sales associate was so kind and took his time explaining every product. It’s a place where the staff really goes the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. Also, great prices! This is the place!

I bought my hookah here and supplies a while ago from here, the service was great. I went yesterday to get a vape and I am happy I did. The guys were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be my go to shop. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ❤️

Purchased products from Quick Vape Lounge on Sunday, 31 July 22. The patron who sold me the vape pen package was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and receptive to my needs. I followed all instructions as guided, but as I utilized the vape pen, the cartridges leaked and the oils bubbled while activated. The base pen itself became extremely hot which is dangerous. On Monday, 1 Aug 22, I attempted to return the products to Quick Vape Lounge and was told they do not accept returns for refund purposes. Shawna, who was running the counter at the time called Anthony the owner (a claimed veteran) for permission to refund. She offered a refund for the oils only. I stated no, I want a full refund. Anthony stated no, only an exchange. I explained I was uncomfortable utilizing the product and am not interested in an exchange. Again, they declined a full refund. I asked Shawna to provide the stores written refund policy. She could not. The product sold was faulty/dangerous. She didn't even ask to check so it could be verified. I inboxed the manager twice for resolution and I was ignored. Disgusted with the treatment and disgusted with the service. This store was recommended, but I will never send someone here now knowing how "veterans" value their customers!Update.not only are you a liar, but cynical. I inboxed you 2 times, very respectfully only to be ignored. You were NEVER blocked, still aren't. If a customer is unhappy, you make it right.point blank. Your status means nothing when I asked for s resolution only to be be put off. You could have fixed it when you were on the phone while I was initially in the store. Have a blessed one.
