My payment is due on Saturday, yet they call me first thing Saturday morning before the store fully opens. Not to mention pop up at my house same morning about a payment that's due, mind you I'm NOT late. I will be calling corporate Monday morning as well as filing a complaint with the proper entities.

The website and in-store application and details differ from one another. It is best to just go into this store because making a frist payment online and scheduling your purchase for pick up is not at all what it seems. You fill out the exact same forms as online but they also need a copy of your leasing agreement if you rent and then I was told also that I needed two paystubs. I did an online order and the out come was me walking away with nothing because I could not provide leasing info and hoping that my down payment be refunded to my card. I just don't understand why I could not get all this info from the website but I was approved and down payment was taken with no problem. I should not have even been able to process an online payment at all. Waste of my time and really dampened my spirits for today. The workers were not an issue, I am simply complaining and whole heartedly aggravated with the online process.

Horrible customer service they was supposed to do a payment arrangement they gave me an amount I called back the next day the change the amount the no class unprofessional girl Ebony had a smart mouth was disrespectful declined me the right to speak to the original person who set up my payment arrangement and because she was being disrespectful and I would not let her disrespect me she wouldn’t let me do an arrangement anymore I do not recommend going to Aaron’s
