Why half empty? I went in for foot care products, but the foot care aisle had diapers. Walked around and saw so many empty shelves, no foot products though. I asked the cashier if they were closing, she said no. I said I couldn’t find the foot products on the foot care aisle, she shrugged. Didn’t offer to look, didn’t suggest another aisle. Very weird vibe. Won’t be going back…lots of options around.

I always have issues with the stuff that rite aid hires,don’t know where they bring them from , first of all I always see new employees in the store and most of them don’t treat the customers good I’m been with rite aid for years and always they send me home upset , My refills is available on medications bottles and still they kick me out without medications stating that I don’t have no more refills even when the refills is written on the bottles . Plus each refill when I go ask for it they told me we don’t see any refills here in our system, this is ridiculous and Shame , NOW I’m honestly looking to move from rite aid pharmacy and look for a better pharmacy that treats customers properly and respectively. The 2 stars is way more than what rite aid deserves 😣😣

Always seemed clean when I dropped by, the staff were friendly and polite, and the pharmacy staff were knowledgeable and kind. They take medication scripts for pets and can usually do things same day if not within 1 business day.

An EXCELLENT experience at the drive through pharmacy pick up
First the order was READY (not always the case) and secondly the staff at the pharmacy was personable
I did however have to go inside the store to find out how I could write a review on line
Neshe and Miracle at the counter were both very pleasant as well they guided me through to this website and answered my questions
I do not know the name of the young man at the pharmacy drive through. Thursday November 19 just prior to 6pm
PS your stock in the store is quite depleted. I was under the impression you would be closing this branch but I was assured it was NOT SLATED

Unfortunately, I have watched this store go downhill for the past few years. If possible. I would choose a different location than the one on Foxhill.

This is my pharmacy for my meds I take daily. I refill them once a month, and I always get a text notification that they’re ready for refill (which I LOVE), and they’re always ready so fast! I use the Rite Aid app to manage my refills, and I love that even when something I need is out of stock, they get it in 2-3 days & fill it ASAP for me. The pharmacy staff is always friendly & helpful!

I like Rite Aid, I always get good quality service from the one on the 1100 block of Warwick Bvld. The staff are so pleasant to deal with. I had a problem about a year ago, and the manager rembered that I came in that store at least 3xs a week, and even though I didn't have my receipt, she was still able to accommodate me. After that, I kept coming back. If I don't get good quality service, and staff are not friendly, I don't go back. I still support Rite Aid because I get good quality service.

This pharmacy has gone down hill badly. They are slow, the staff is RUDE. It's a shame it USED to be the best Rite Aid

I just want to acknowledge the lady that answers the phone. I had to make several phone calls between the pharmacy and my doctor since my prescription can’t be filled because a missing information on the (paper) prescription. Let me tell you that the times I called the pharmacy and she answered she was very patience , understanding, friendly, helpful etc. I don’t know her name but whoever she is, she deserves to be recognized. Unfortunately I couldn’t met her because my daughter picked up my medication but I will definitely do my best to go very soon and meet her. Thank you for your kindness.

Pharmacy is a scam! Filled my insulin prescription there and was charged three times the price I was paying at the now closed store on Mercury Blvd. Even had a GoodRx coupon and they only took off $5! Definitely won't be going back there and I'm not surprised that company is shutting down stores! Good riddance!

This location has always been clean and clear of clutter. The staff is helpful and it has always been in and out with no delays. The pharmacy was staffed with at least three people on each occasion (4x) that I e been there. The drive thru pharmacy was also a nice plus for COVID-19 testing during those trying years of 2020 - 2022.
