This location has always been clean and clear of clutter. The staff is helpful and it has always been in and out with no delays. The pharmacy was staffed with at least three people on each occasion (4x) that I e been there. The drive thru pharmacy was also a nice plus for COVID-19 testing during those trying years of 2020 - 2022.

This location pharmacy sucks! They never have certain meds always out of stock has to be ordered. There were prescriptions sent in by the er 4 days ago as of today I still don't have my nebulizer solution glad im not dying!!!!

The friendliest employees and the store is always clean and well stocked.I’ve never entered the store and not been greeted.The employees are always very professional, kind and helpful. It has a locally owned feel, even though it’s a chain. Many of them have been there for a long time and it’s nice to see consistency.The pharmacist calls me by name and is always quick when filling meds.

I love this pharmacy! They are always very helpful, and they always fill my prescriptions in a timely manner, unlike some other pharmacies that I have used in the past.

The pharmacy department at all the Rite Aide stores, except Poquoson were disorganized, extremely slow, and the Pharmacist at the Newport News location(s) were extremely rude and dismissive. They are in a position to directly effect someone's wellbeing, health, and life and they have prevented me on numerous instances in getting the medications that have been prescribed by my Dr. to preserve those things on time. I could go on with many instances, but I will leave my comments here. I will, however, align myself with another pharmacy that cares about the health and wellbeing of their customers.

You are greeted by the friendly staff as soon as you enter the store. The folks in the pharmacy are also kind and helpful. The store is clean, well-stocked, and organized. You are able to get in and out expeditiously.

I want to recognize Dajana in the pharmacy and Kathy at the register.Dajana went above and beyond to find a Rx for my young daughter by calling 2 different locations to find it since the one they had was on reserve. She communicated very well and was very kind. I appreciate her and her willingness to do what she did.As for Kathy, she was very personable and even shared a family holiday story with both my daughter and I.Both ladies were wonderful. Thank you!
