The only reason I don’t give it a five is because certain phones when you go to upgrade they don’t have but other than that the guys that work there are very helpful and friendly they have great customer service

Just spent the afternoon in this store, adding lines to our plan. Normally it's a HUGE hassle but Mesi & Khaliah were ROCK STARS in handling this transition. I've never experienced a more smooth visit to T-MOBILE, and we've been with them for over 20 YEARS! So that's saying something. Grateful for the assistance in getting new ones for our kids, and this will be our GO-TO store from now on!

Arrived at this location at 7:33pm and waited 20 minutes before receiving service. My phone was confirmed water damaged so I expressed interest in the 14 pro max to which I was offered 2 warranty options; apple’s standard 1 year or T-Mobile’s $18 monthly. I’m not interested in monthly payments only cash purchase. Instead of selling a $1200 phone I was referred to BestBuy… shocked. By this time it’s closing 8pm so that explains why I was pushed out the door.

This location is funny with Tmobile Tuesday gifts.When you have to sign up for a gift they always have, but when you don't have to sign up to get it then they always run out.I came at 10.20 am they wasn't ready,than I came at 2pm they told me they don't have it anymore because they were busy today and dont have it anymore.I think something going.its happened to me few times already.

Beware of this store! They allowed an unauthorized user to enter a billing installment agreement on a $1,000 phone billed monthly to my account without my authorization. A Tmobile Rep got an earful from us already and wrote up a report. He apologized and further explained had the in store rep followed protocols this should never happen to anyone. Yet, none of these protocols were followed. No ID was checked, No code or password was given, No phone call was made and my name being the primary owner of the account was signed on the contract! This happened 2500 Miles away in a state we don't even reside in!! Very alarming. The person they allowed to make these changes/charges does not even share my same last name, so no errors could be made there had they checked an ID! I have my account set up so no one on my account has authorization to make changes/charges as they are all marked no access. The disrespectful way this was handled, without my knowledge, by a user on my account without even a heads up is another story. I find out in a text from T-Mobile that a billing agreement was entered to call if this was unauthorized (which we did) is how we found out. The fault falls on both parties involved, but had Tmobile followed protocols this would not have happened without my authorization. I do not have the in store sales reps name on the receipt only the last three digits of the sales rep being 822. The address and Tmobile store being 5ASR on 12515 Jefferson Ave Unit 110.

Khaliah C. was very very very helpful and kind. My parents spoke very highly of her when they got back from T Mobile. My mother says she’s amazing and she worked with them for over 2 hours. She solved an issue we’ve been trying to solve for days, I’ve spent hours on the phone with T Mobile and texted customer service for hours and nobody was able to help other than Khaliah. Give her a raise!!

BEWARE OF THIS STORE!! I wish I had read the reviews before visiting tho is location. I went in for a simple phone upgrade. The upgrade transaction itself was fine, however I received a text from T-Mobile the next morning thanking me for adding an additional line. Apparently my salesperson Tink, took it upon herself to add an additional line for a tablet to my account and she hid it by waiving all fees associated with the line so I didn’t notice the addition. I’m not sure if it was done solely for commission or if she actually took a tablet. I went to the store to inquire about the additional line and the guy in store said he couldn’t help me since my original sales person was off that day. I would either have to come back when she was there or call customer service. He didn’t bother to even open up my account to check on the fraudulent line. Luckily, customer service was able to remove the line without any problem or charges to my account. I will never visit this store again and would not recommend it to anyone!! Unfortunately, this seems to be a theme of this store. Note to owner: Do not respond with an apology and your email address if you don’t take these complaints seriously and intend to take action.

Horrible experience. I went in for a simple screen protector replacement because the cheap ones they give me keep cracking. So I let the lady know I pay $18 a month for 360 protection which includes free screen savers. She says oh we don't see it in our system so I said ok I can log into my account and show you everything. She says we'll we know you have it but if I can't see it in our system we can't replace it. Long story short I had to drive to the corporate branch and they handled it.
