With this remodeling there have been many inconveniences, they should have remodeled all the apartments in a block before living in them because they greatly affect the health and coexistence of those who are living there while they are remodeling the apartments in the same building. In addition, they raised the rent too much and with so many inconveniences.

It is the best place I have ever lived; maintenance is really fast. If you call today at night, they are knocking on your door the next day in the morning. They are so fast, and the spaces are clean all the time.

Lived here for about 3 years. Very quiet and very good groundskeeping. Feels very separate from the rest of the area. Apartments are very well kept and every thing always in good working order. They stay on top of maintenance. Never had any bugs but the occasional slug. Heat and A/c always worked soooo soo good. The staff are friendly and nice. Tons of parking. Only reason I left was for renovations being done to my building. Now let's be real tho the laundry situation kinda sucky but it definitely could be worse, and the apartments laminate wood lookin like a students desk kinda lame, also if youre near the verizon building youre gonna hear them kinda late sometimes backing their trucks up etc. But overall was a good experience and a comfortable era in my life. I don't know how it is now but my rent was cheap and low deposit (and I actually got it back!) Thank you to everyone at st andrews!!!!

I lived here while I was still Active Duty for 4 years and it was the perfect first apartment. The management team was so friendly and kind to me! It was like if your aunt managed the apartment, I l always got greeted with a smile and hug. Once I got out I left and moved away in 2022 and I must say I truly took for granted how it feels to live in a complex with good management and timely service. The amenities were great as well. The only issue I really ever had was when they had the back entrance closed off due to the construction on Richneck (not their fault). To anyone looking for a nice place to live for a while with good amenities, good neighbors, good management I would definitely recommend this place! If I ever move back to the 757 I would definitely check this place out again for availability.

It's a holiday weekend and I had bathroom issues. Called maintenance and they came out and fixed it right away saving my weekend. Thank you so much for the fast service you guys are the best!!!!

Lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! The staff was always extremely helpful and welcoming. And the complex and grounds was very well maintained. It’s a quiet community but everyone is so kind. It definitely made it feel like home even though I wasn’t there for super long.

As a senior citizen, I was looking for a quiet,safe place. I found it with these Apts. Landscape is always kept up and any maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The apartment is very accessible to stores.

I absolutely LOVE living here! I have lived here for 11 years and I love it! The grounds are clean, beautiful and very well kept. Management, admin and maintenance staff are great I have never had an issue. When searching for a place 11 years ago I was suddenly displaced and widowed! When I met Shaina she was and still is a kind and understanding person, very fair and a professional! When I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer two years ago she was very understanding and helpful to me and my family! I'm thankful for her comfort when I needed it!

The very best apartment community on the peninsula number 1. Highly recommend future residents to live here. Maintenance is outstanding Jabari is the best maintenance man. Shani and Jasmine are always helping residents if there any issues. Housekeeping staff is Number one All the ladies keep the apartment community in excellent shape Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have been living here 7 months

I lived at St Andrew's Apartments for 5 years and it was a great experience. The staff was always friendly, helpful, welcoming, and understanding. They took exceptional care of the property and facilities. The grounds were well curated, maintenance done routinely, they offered welcoming community events that served a broad demographic. I would recommend St. Andrew's for anyone looking for a place to stay

STRONGLY ADVISE LOOKING UP PERREL MANAGEMENT BEFORE APPLYING TO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. The only positive is the maintenance of the grounds is well kept. The apts themselves are very outdated. Their management team is extremely incompetent and do not communicate affectively. Emails and calls go ignored and they are careless with how they treat people and handle issues. Shaina is not accommodating or hospitable. Theyve given me a customer service email for Perrel Management and none of them have been answered dating back to NOV. They are careless at best
