Ordered a coffee light on sweetner but got extra sweet coffee. I guess she did it on purpose since I mentioned that there were few people before me wondering where baristas are(one of them were waiting for 10 min and left). I guess two baristas in a corner coffee shop aren't enough.?♀️

I prefer a key to make coffee, Starbucks is now or for keto coffee. Why because these people don't know how to make it. Keep a list of keto coffees available so that people can pick them out without having to go through the phone! Teach service to make keto coffee. You don't have to pump up the price for keto coffee. Learn to use non-sugar substitutions. And again have this out on a large menu so that it is easy to pick from it especially when you're dealing with Deaf or a non-verbal customer.

stood in line and watched an employee pick and choose what drink she wanted to make and had 4 people get their drinks who after I did. Service sucks. Drinks should be made in the order they come not when an employee wants to make them.

This Starbucks has the best customer service I've at any Starbucks anywhere. The people there are extremely friendly.

I personally have been going to Starbucks for years. It the one in target on Jefferson customer service is horrible I went this morning and waited forever with one person ahead of me and the staff is rude they never once even said hello or I’ll be with you I’ve never experienced such poor service in a Starbucks

I have never been to a "bad" Starbucks. Of all the troubles in our world. The day to day grind. I can have confidence in ordering at ay Starbucks. While pricier than my normal coffee. That can be overlooked for the customer service! Thank you! For the hard work and dedication your staff provided.

Scanner doesn't work for the app because it's a in store target location and that sucks. They are short staffed so the wait is very long. The young lady that was working was very overwhelmed with the long line and didn't know how to make certain drinks. She was doing the best she could and she was sooooo nice and friendly. She was the only worker there, another girl was just leaving shift and just left her with a long line of people. They don't use gloves so when they touch you lids, the sip lids in particular they are touching the part your mouth sips from after they gave touch everything they just used to make drinks with as well. So asking them for another lid, with a clean hand may strike an attitude.

The phone number doesn’t work I’ve tried to call them like 4 times they never answer. Last time I went they didn’t even fill my cup all the way. And when I asked her if the drink was made already because I forgot to say oat milk she glared at me. But since she already made it I wasn’t going to make her make another drink. Over all she was just rude. She had curly hair and it was long. She was panicking clearly but it was steady. It wasn’t a long line or anything. She was just carelessly making drinks

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the barista named Whitney! This girl is the hardest worker I’ve seen in a LONG time! There was a long line in front of me when I parked my cart to get some coffee, but the customers were checked out so fast and before I knew it it was my turn already! She was the only one behind the counter and she worked quickly. She was kind, professional, and gave me a great suggestion on what drink to choose for energy. I let her supervisor know what an outstanding worker she is and even another customer chimed in in agreement! I hope this Starbucks holds onto her and treats her well! 5- Stars Whitney! Nice job and thank you!
