Prices are excellent! They are always busy but staff were very helpful and courteous to rude, pushy, buyers. Their online shopping are the best prices I could find.Nice childrens clothes.

This was my favorite place to get childrens clothes from but I went in there about two weeks ago and the people that work there completely suck. I had a return but no receipt and if you are a member why the clothes just couldn't be looked up was amazing. Every where has a way to look clothes up except childrens place. Then the guy was apparently new so he had to call over Miss I own the store with her fifty tattoos and all I could say when I seen her face was gee. Sometimes it's best to stay home instead of coming to work. So I will be paying them off and moving on. That was the one place you could go for kids clothes and get help if you needed it. And customer servi ce was great. Not now. I do not continue to go to stores where the customer service suck. I pay you to be nice. Because I'm never rude!!!

I will no longer EVER be ordering clothing from The Children's Place again. My delivery has been in NC since the 14th (ordered on the 12th) and their customer service resolution was to tell me to wait another 7-10 business days. Then if it didn't get delivered they would file a claim which could take 14-21 business days to file my refund. When I said that was not good customer service, they hung up on me!!! Absolutely unacceptable. ? Save yourself the money and hassle and go elsewhere.

Be very leery about ordering online and using this store for pickup. I placed an order to be picked up here and I received an email today (while at work) stating my order was picked up at 12:47 pm. I call to see what’s going on, they were too busy to address my concern so I was told I’d get a call back. Well the associate calls back and says “a light skin man” came in and said he was my husband and he picked it up. Well I don’t have a husband nor have I sent anyone to pick anything up for me. Had they bothered to check whom ever this person’s ID was they would have realized names/address didn’t match up and maybe a phone call to the person whose name and number was on the order would be a good idea before releasing the package. I was told “hope you get it figured out.” So they absolutely refused to take accountability, it is not my fault that you gave my order away to some stranger. Totally unacceptable and horrible customer service!

Their clothes are so cute. Unfortunately, I have trouble getting knowledgeable help here. If I go in knowing just what I want, then I am fine.

The customer service was horrible. There was no structure in the check out line. Multiple people skipped the line and went straight to the register. I feel that it is the staff’s responsibility to establish where the line starts, not the customers. The staff was extremely slow when checking out customers, which made the wait time in line really long. They should get more workers or better management/leadership within the store. I gave it an extra star because the clothes were nice.

A lot of stores at the Patrick Henry mall have gone down as far as customer service goes. This happens to be one of the stores you want to avoid. 6 associates working tonight and only one person ringing on the register. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes that didn’t have a tag. So I asked the girl who said she is the manager what do we need to do because I want to purchase the shoes. Long story short worst experience ever. I will drive to the Williamsburg one or order online before I ever step foot in this run down store. People working there laughing and complaining about being there. Hardly doing anything. There was only one person that actually was doing some work. Sorry but not sorry. No one made you work there. I’m sure a lot of other people would be happy to have a job and would actually do some work instead of just talking and flooding only two pieces of clothing. Store looked like a huge mess.

I really love the clothes from childrens place. They also have great deals but there customer service at Patrick Henry Mall is horrible. The people here have no customer service or people skills what so ever. Me and my husband asked one cashier where the line was to pick up online orders because there is a sign on the other side of the register stating "online orders pick up here" and got a response of an eye roll and we only have one line today and then the lady points to the other side of the store. When we finally get to the front of the line I state that I'm picking up an online order and then told that someone else will help us because a third person just got back from break.I understand things happen and that the employees had three call outs but that is not the customers fault. That actually is something as a customer I shouldn't even know.

Went into the store today and forget to buy the gift card for $40 to receive the $10 coupon with purchase. Sales associate Casey was very helpful and patient in returning and re-ringing my items to ensure that I was satisfied.

I really enjoy coming to this location. One Rep by the name of Christina was so helpful. She got me all checked out and even got me to apply for Children's place credit card. I was approved and didn't spend a dime that day!

I literally hate going to this location and try to avoid it as much as possible by shopping online only. I hate giving this store a penny. The other day was the final straw! I was at the register and someone called to ask a question and all of the employees were sitting around laughing, not even caring about the persons concern, and kept screaming in the background to tell them to call the 1800, they were also complaining about putting new spring stuff on the shelves, just a week prior this I used my digital gift card and the woman had no problem scanning it from my phone, a few days later I returned and the woman tried to tell me she has no way to scan the gift card... I explained to her it was fine a few days prior with no problem. They're rude, they're never happy, not welcoming, or helpful
