I am brand new to life in Hampton Roads. I am a Midwest woman, who absolutely adores all 4 seasons and is not afraid of snow or ice. I genuinely miss home. My time up until now in Virginia has been catastrophically inhumane. The entire experience of moving across the country due to the pandemic displacing employment and entire life was hard. To move with the hope of starting over while having employment here was a light but still we were homeless. Being homeless was by far one of the cruelest and most inhumane and undeserved experiences of my life. Then having both my yorkie sons die 7 months apart last year took grief to a new level and my health plummeted. I have struggled to find professional, humane, knowledgeable and compassionate and competent health care here too. So during the last week of March at the urging of my adult Goddaughter I went to see about inserts for my feet. Homelessness changes your ability to provide the care needed for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I live with plantar fasciitis, bone spurs and completely flat feet. I had not had proper shoes, inserts, compression socks or sleeve support for my feet and ankles in 4 years. When I walked into the Good Feet Store , I s literally hunched over. I could not stand upright, I shuffled my feet one at a time and every inch was as painful as if I was stepping on nails with hardened cement around my ankles. Upon entering the store I was amazed. The store looked like a professional yet welcoming and comfortable medical facility. Each potential customer had their own private cubical space as if it were a private doctor's office or a cubical at a financial institution. How wonderful that people could discuss the intimate needs of their foot health and all financial decisions with dignity. I met with Mr. Ben who literally was my personal concierge into better foot health and better living. My maternal grandmother use to say, "When your feet hurt, your soul hurts." She was right. Mr. Ben did an extensive workup of my history, took measurements and an ink print out of my feet. We discussed in length foot care in a manner no foot or ankle specialist had ever taken the time or care to spend with me about my own health. After my consultation, Mr. Ben brought out both shoes and inserts that literally changed my life in seconds. He taught me which inserts to wear when and we took several walks around the store with the new shoes and inserts. Now if you stayed with me this long you know I came in bent down. After the consultation and inserts I was walking upright. That may not mean much to you but that was a miraculous moment for me. Mr. Ben and the entire Good Feet Family restored not only my ability to stand upright and walk without pain. They restored my faith in humanity that day. I highly recommend you and anyone you love or care for or are caregiver to and in need of shoe care that gives a better quality of life to run, shuffle, skip or one step at a time head to the Good Feet Company. Very few things especially business transactions leave you feeling better about yourself let alone life. But this one did for me. I hope with all my heart, your visit does the same for you.

I was SO impressed with my experience at The Good Feet Store, I was compelled to email Ms. Courtney Flippen. Here is what I sent……@The The Good Feet Store Enclosed is an email that was meant for only Courtney’s eyes, but once it got returned to me as undeliverable, the contrarian in me said, “Not TODAY Devil!” So here is the email that I tried to send yesterday to my NEW Best Friend Courtney F. And it reads as follows:Courtney Flippen. I cannot sing your praises ENOUGH for changing my entire life today! This for me has been one of the greatest moments EVER in my 52 year-old life. I had almost accepted that daily foot pain was just going to plaque me for the rest of my days, but God BLESS one of my dental patients for referring me to The Good Feet Store (which I had no knowledge that this place ever EXISTED ??). Lucky me to have met one of the sweetest, most empathetic, knowledgeable & passionate Arch Support Specialist on THE planet Earth! And your customer service & attention to detail is unmatched!! thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU for seriously improving my quality of LIFE yesterday. I thought about my experience at The Good Feet Store for hours and hours after leaving there. When I got in my car to leave, I literally shed a few tears of sheer JOY that my bone spur & nagging foot pain was finally going to get SO much better. Please share this with your staff and with your Corporate folks. The entire team at the Newport News store is awesome, and I need to talk to someone in Corporate about getting Miss Courtney a RAISE AND a Billboard with her face plastered all over it. You truly “fixed” me, and I’m sorry I had to reschedule my appointment from the day before, but I believe TODAY was meant to happen exactly how it did today!! Continue doing the Lord’s work, because there are plenty more people out here like me who have suffered in silence with their discomfort. I just hate I didn’t know about you guys almost TWO years ago!!! Geesh, I can go on forever about you, but my spoiled Dog Ceasar needs my love & attention too!! I was very skeptical about the Good feet system when I arrived at the store. The cost seemed high and I was nervous about pulling the trigger for something that might work. However, after 20 years of chronic foot and knee pain I decided to take the chance. I was greeted by Courtney and she was amazing. She took all the time in the world to answer my questions and explain the product and how it could help me. She asked me alot of questions about my lifestyle and activities to make sure she got the correct fit for me. She came off as extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything throughly and was excited about helping me find relief. I'm a week into wearing my inserts and WOW, the results have been amazing. Within a few days my foot and knee pain was almost gone. I haven't felt this good in years. Thank you Courtney!

After leaving your store and talking it over I felt like this was just to much money and told Mr. Davis he needed to return the merchandise and get his money back, he said he tired and was told no refund would be given only store credit, well I checked you all out and see you are being investigated and a lot of unhappy customers, sorry I didn’t do this before he made that purchase, I will be telling everyone not to buy from you because I feel like you are scamming people. I visited the Newport News store on March 16 and appreciated the time Arianna spent with me. From the foot massage machine and the bottled water to my questions about exchanging my current inserts, I felt like she listened to my concerns and needs which were all met during the visit. I definitely plan to return!

This store has always been nothing short of a wonderful experience. Arianna, the on site Store Training Manager took the time on the phone to answer my questions about some in store stock and even shipped them to me to save me the visit. She was knowledgeable and patient and understood my needs.

Service was impeccable, Courtney was very knowledgeable and responsive (sent an email question and she got right back to me). The insoles are VERY expensive, still adjusting but I'm hopeful they will be helpful. I don't think that will hurt and I do believe it will realign me in the long run. But they are VERY expensive

Great place a young man named Leo took great care in explaining everything to me.There was no pressure and he answered all of my questions and insisted for me to call him if I have any problems.He also seemed very proud of his job which you don't see any more.Best of all I can tell a big difference from where I was just a week ago .
