If I could I'd give this Home Depot 0 Stars. You can never find and employee to help. And when they are there they usually don't know a thing about working with your hands at all!! It's hilarious I've had an employee try to tell me my regular wall outlet was 208 not 120v and that's sad and so untrue. Also I've been sitting in the parking lot for almost 40 minutes now waiting for my curbside order and I now understand why you can't find any employees. They're just sitting around shooting the shit...... don't ask questions tho they'll have an attitude because you "bothered" them. If you don't like it. Quit and go somewhere else. This place is pathetic

I went into the store and bought a LG refrigerator on 8/3/23, it couldn't be delivered until 8/7/23, which was fine. When they delivered it, I was told that it could take 2-3 hours until it started getting cold. I left and thankfully did not go get any groceries before returning home. I got home approximately 3 hours after delivery and the temperature was NO different than when they delivered it. It was already too late to call since delivery wasn't until 4:30. When I called on Tuesday morning and told them, they said they would send out a repairman on SATURDAY! I said absolutely NOT, I want a NEW refrigerator, I haven't even used it and am not wanting it repaired. They said they would have a new one delivered on Saturday. About 2 hours later, I get a voicemail stating they would deliver it on Monday, 8/14/23. That is 11 days from the time I originally purchased it. I have a 5 month old and breastfeed so I need to have some type of refrigerator. They NEVER offered an apology or compensation for their mistake. They wanted me to go out an buy a mini fridge to use until they delivered other one. That would be ok if I had the room but once I get my refrigerator, I have no room to have both. I have to eat out every meal for 14 days, 10 days longer than I had planned. After I complained further, they gave me a $200 Home Depot gift card to use. This doesn't help with the money out of my pocket to buy meals or the aggravation of not being able to save food for my baby. They are not losing any money, I am! I will NO longer shop at Home Depot for anything! Poor customer service!!

I went with my daughter and other friends to Home Depot for their free, in-store kids workshop and we both loved it! When you check in, your child not only gets their DIY project to work on, but if it's your first time, your child gets their own apron with the pin of the month to go with it. Not going to lie, it was a bit intimidating going in because there's no workers walking around to help if you need assistance during the workshop and especially for someone like me that doesn't really do a lot of building projects, but the instructions were really thorough and had pictures that got us to our end goal smoothly. It does get super crowded especially if you don't come in early but surprisingly there were always enough seats and resources to share amongst everyone. I was impressed that not only did we get to build, but you can also decorate your project with paint and stickers. I highly recommend other families to go, especially since it's free. And I will definitely come back to these workshops with my daughter in the future.

Reviews based off of the carpet center in the back. Fatima is amazing! A fantastic employee. She surely knows her stuff and works hard to help her customer through the ENTIRE process of buying carpet. She has been amazing through our process. We spent 1.5 hours getting help from the call center with our quote, to establish a coupon code along with correcting the color ect. Having to go through the call center really is hard. She even helped us with where seams would be and every saved us a couple hundred dollars. If carpet is something you are looking to get, I highly recommend working with Fatima if you can.

On two separate occasions I've come to buy lumber, leave my cart out of the path of traffic, step away for less than a minute and a Home Depot employee is walking away with my cart. Leave my cart alone. If you are concerned about carts go clean up the parking lot.

Nice store. Very well stocked and although the associates were not "overly friendly," they were helpful in giving directions once asked. the associate at the self-checkout (don't know if they are called "cashiers" anymore); however, regardless, she was helpful and friendly. A nice store that I am sure I will be returning to as needed.

Listen I have neverrrrrrr been so disgusted in my life. Like I'm reading through the comments and why is no one mentioning THE RATS everywhere in this place?!?!?!?! I'm nonchalantly picking up my items off the bottom shelf and my husband goes man that's a big rat... I didn't see it so I just kinda carry on as my husband is making his way to the exit, the as I'm getting ready to leave I just so happen to look up and there are more climbing on the fixtures in the cycling's! I didn't even finish buying my items we just left! Like I've seen some mice in some 7/11s and I've lived but these were RATS thriving off of something in there

scams...seems every dam company out there is just scammers...using pandemic as an excuse not to do their jobs...ordered and item...of course had to pay for it on spot...was told item would be there on 13th of april...3 days later...now told 20th of april...just another bs scam!!!!

Not a very good experience. No cashiers at the regular check out. At 12:30 on a Tuesday. Long line at the contractors check out. Went to self check out. My item required help from a cashier to check out. The 1 cashier working the self check out was assisting another customer. The cashier scanned all of the customers items, bagged them, ran the customers credit card and handed her the receipt. I'm wondering what self checkouts are for? Left Home Depot without my items and went to Lowes.

home depot located in 23602 area code is useless. before pandemic...spent thousands of dollars per year by going into store to get remodeling material. Since pandemic (1-1-20) have tried to call to get what was needed....IMPOSSIBLE....no one answers the phones. I have purchased 3 major appliances from LOWES because I can not get in touch with HOME DEPOT. I will not ever set foot in that store once pandemic is resolved. By the way I use Lowes now for everything. Tried using phone number shown on a yelp review reply...and email....NOTHING as i expected. This company is good for one thing fire kindling!
