SO THE APP WAS SKETCHY BECAUSE WHEN I WAS GIVING INFO THE THE TRUCK HAD ISSUES WITH THE STEERING AND IT FELT LIKE THE CAB WAS FLEXING IT WOULD NOT LET ME CONTINUE UNTIL I SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TRUCK. TO ME THAT TELLS ME U-HAUL DOES NOT REALLY CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! IT MAKES ME WANT TO RETHINK RENTING ANYTHING ELSE EVER FROM U-HAUL

Horrible customer service! Was charged an extra fee after returning the the truck on time after hours. Was also charged extra for a few pieces of grass left in the back of the truck because it was wet and raining the day we received it. The truck drove very rough and was very hard to drive. Take your money elsewhere.

The lady at the front is rude, condescending, and seemingly racist. I’m giving 3 stars for the simple fact that the man that works here who is responsible for attaching tows and hitches is very kind, moved quickly, and was very respectful. He is the only reason I did not walk out of those doors upon arrival. The woman at the front desk should be placed in the back and far away from customers. She had a truly disgusting attitude. She can learn a lot from the young man. He was awesome.

The young lady on-duty was very cordial and efficient. Had the trailer hooked up to our vehicle quickly and we were on our merry way in a matter of minutes.

I needed a truck for a weekend move. This Uhaul rental facility was quick, professional and made my entire experience very easy. I did my reservation a little over a week out, when I arrived a little early everything was ready to go. Angela is awesome and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

This is a convenient location to pick up a truck. You can leave your car if needed, even overnight. We had a situation at this location and we had to get Uhaul involved and she did not like that. If UHaul makes a decision don't get upset at us for it. We would recommend this place but make sure you keep in contact with UHaul if you need help.
