Why have Flag at half staff to recognize only the victims of this 1 mass school shooting? There has been 260 mass school shootings in 2025 alone. With their culture, might as well leave at half mass ALL YEAR AROUND.

This post office and its mail carriers are very sketchy. Multiple times me and my children’s mail and packages have came up missing or tampered with. 8/14/2025 a mail carrier lied about delivering my package when they did not as I was home all day and no one even made an attempt. After contacting the Consumer & Inquiry Contact Office post master, who instructed this office to further investigate, they did absolutely nothing to assist or explain why my package was marked as delivered when no came to my home.

No one answers the phones I've called twice ,I changed my address then had to move to another apartment within the complex I get checks now I have to drive up there to c if the mail man can pull the other mailbox to c if my checks are in there

Greetings my fellow human beings, please and I repeat please STOP just leaving reviews and take your complaints, reviews and evidence to a higher authority because JUST LEAVING A REVIEW IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE ANYTHING. We must start being vigilantly proactive in our diligence as these wounded and unprofessional POSTAL WORKERS ARE AT BEING RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND JUST DOWN RIGHT INCONSIDERATE. I just encountered one today and she was ABSOLUTELY MERCILESS in her communication with me. I asked her why would she talk to me like that just because I asked a question and she had the audacity to respond with her explanation. I humbly told her that “I would accept her ill treatment of me BUT i will not allow her to do it to another person because people are killing themselves because of vicious spirits like hers and how sad it was that she was working with the public”. Obviously she’s hurting(Broken) and in need of both genuine affection as well as Counseling however, there is and should be repercussions and consequences for our actions WHETHER GOOD OR BAD. I have took the initiative to place a complaint with the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES CALL CENTER and I intend on leaving one with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. GOD BLESS you all and I truly hope that you will join me in praying for both “OUR WORLD AND ITS SYSTEMS “ because we broke it so “WE ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN FIX IT”.🩵🙏

I have had numerous pieces of mail come up missing from this post office. Ironically they are all in the form of birthday,holiday cards are being targeted because they often contain money or gift cards. i am guessing the people who are sorting the mail here are pocketting the cards. Just this year 2024 I have had 4 cards that have been send from friends and family not make it.

My review from last week appears to have been removed. Correctly addressed mail to a family member's apt in Featherstone complex is being ret to sender, repeatedly (various different senders-). Postage is adequate etc. There is no way to call the office directly, my family member cannot visit in person. And now my request here for assistance has been removed. How can we get this resolved? I see an incredible amount of bad reviews here. Can someone answer my post?? This is a government service, there has to be a way for citizens to resolve issues? I know the PO is severely underfunded and basically undermined from above but hope to help my sailor (also a severely underpaid government servant-) receive his personal mail in a reasonably expected way. TIA to anyone who can spare a moment.

ever since our old mailman has been gone we have gotten the worst mail service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They will say they attempted to deliver packages to your home and nobody answered however we have a ring doorbell camera and the mailman did not even come in our circle that entire day. Also, our neighbors did not receive mail so how is it that you notice that you Attempted to deliver a package when no mailman was present on our street? Now they’re trying to tell me I have to come to the post office to pick up my package, but nobody even attempted to deliver it in the first place. You can put notes on where to deliver and they won’t deliver it to your home. I was suppose to have a package come two days ago and now I’m sitting here back-and-forth on the phone trying to figure out why they are not delivering my Package. Worst mail service ever. We also get other peoples mail all the time. Make sure you’re not lying about trying to deliver packages, especially with people that have ring doorbell cameras. :) And then make it difficult for people to receive their packages when they call the post office. I would rate zero
stars if I could.

I have the worst mailman of all time. In the past I have gotten other people's mail, it would be ok if it were a neighbor, but two streets away!?!?!? Today he didn't pick up my mail or anything. I asked my neighbors if they got mail and they did. I just wonder who is going to pay my late fees on the bills that are still in the mailbox? You people need to do better or get someone who will. I'm just going to keep adding to this review until something happens. Because of no mail again, today I had to take my outgoing mail to the post office myself. I have called customer service about this matter also.

This is honestly the best USPS location I’ve been to in years. I go out of my way to go here, the professionals are kind, welcoming, they remember you, and they provide exceptional customer service. Make sure to look at their hours before heading to the location, I know a lot of people complain about their hours of operation, but it’s not the workers’ fault. Go as early as possible, lines can be long closer to closing time, but the line usually goes by quick.

Worst post I've ever dwelt with. We get a lot of the neighbors' mail. All my outgoing mail is dropped off at the post office box outside. Some never made it to its destination. I mailed a large envelope registered mail three days ago (04/23/24). When I checked the tracking number today04/26/24), it said that the envelope was still at the post office where I mailed it . The estimated delivery date was yesterday (04/25/24). I would like to hear the excuse they have for this one.

Placed slip for location of mail being held to fort Eustis go to that location and not there. They said this post office always does that and don't check the slip address. I hauled butt to get to fort Eustis before it closed and go told that. Then tried to call at 425 and the phone just rang and rang no one answered
