When there is a extensive line and there are more than one worker in the post office it really should be a PRIORITY to take care of the guest first. It would be efficient to train all the postal workers to be universal to assist. Although the line was extremely long the representative was very friendly and professional.

I feel that they need to have a better insurance system.

Friendly, but this is the 2nd time that I am dropping off doctor's letter, for them to deliver to my doorstep, due to disabilities!

I love going to this post office for one because it's never crowded. I hate crowds of people. Second, the staff have always been professional, helpful, and friendly. This has been my experience in any post office I've frequented since moving to Hampton roads. Thank you USPS! All of us need to thank the organs in our bodies for working 247, 7 days a week mainly our heart until our last breath. How many people actually thank their Hearts for being the hardest worker on the planet, next to the universe itself. I'm waiting.

If I could I would give this post office a negative 0. I have lived in the same apartment for three years now. I ordered something from a friend and the post office decided to forward my package without my permission and refuses to deliver my package. I was told that my package was going to go back out on 4/26. I call today 4-30-22 and the representative was rude, kept trying to tell em to call back at 12:30 knowing damn well they close @ 12 so i can talk to her supervisor. I tried informing this girl that the supervisor advised me it would be redelivered. This girl hung up on me and when i call back no answer.

This post office has the work ethics of a sloth. Remember the Zootopia movie? Remember when the DMV scene with the Sloths? This is this post office in a nut shell. The work ethic here is laughable and needless to say they’re not willing to help you with anything that you need. They do not leave delivery notices and they do not come deliver to your door. They do not answer the phone, so don’t even bother calling. In fact, I was standing in a line of 4-5 people and called the phone while they were at the desk. No one answered, not even “We’re busy, can you please hold?”.If I had to sum this post office up in one word, it would be no less than Disappointing.Don’t expect much.Update:I figured out you can file complaints about this stuff to hold them accountable. Please feel free to file these complaints hereCONSUMER AFFAIRSUNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE1801 BROOK RDRICHMOND VA 23232-9631Phone: 1-800-ASK-USPS

Staff friendly, but the building is old, could use a facelift...even a fresh coat of paint and floors actually CLEANED.

All of my packages this week (they had tracking) were lost by USPS. Even though they admitted they were lost, they were extremely rude and unhelpful in the matter. No resolution for future deliveries or solutions for their deliveries to make it to their destination. I would be more understanding if this were just one package but this is multiple packages in the same time frame.

Been waiting since last Tuesday for my Amazon order, and puzzled why it will be over week tomorrow. My wife said Amazon is subcontracting with US Snail Mail unless you pay extra and use Amazon Prime. I'll have to find another supplier. Not interested in paying for an inept organization such as US Snail Mail.
