10 out 10 recommended!!! Jeff is the best!! He used to be in Smithfield and he's the only rep I'll go to. I live in Franklin and drive an hour and fifteen minutes to come to this Verizon. Only because of Jeff. If he every leaves Verizon so will I and my entire family. He's the only reason we are still with Verizon. If I could give him 100 stars I would.

Lazy worker would not fill online order. All he had to do was pull the box out of the back. Everything was paid for and no setup was involved, but he was too busy playing on his phone.
**Update...The manager was very upset that the employee did not do his job and took responsibility for the poor service. They also offered and gave me a free phone accessory due to the employees negligence. For these reasons I have changed my rating from one star to 4.
