I stopped here because they said they had a particular box or diapers in stock. Upon arrival the designated spot was empty so I asked for help from Adelice and she checked in the back for me and found them. It was so refreshing to actually have someone give you exceptional customer service. Especially nowadays! So thank you Adelice for making my shopping experience so easy! I hope you get all the wonderful things in life!

Pharmacy opens and closes when they want. What pharmacy isn't open on the weekend? God forbid I have to leave on my lunch break to pick up meds that I might have to come back to get in 2hrs because they are not ready. Pharmacy staff is rude! I have been texted multiple times about meds being ready, I get there and nothing is ready. I've even been told come back in a week for my depression meds because they didn't have them in stock. Go back a week later and was told by the same person that I needed to come back next week because my meds weren't In stock. After remindering her that she told me that last week, they miraculously have my meds and that I could come back on 2 hrs. After saying that I will wait for my meds, im told that I would have to come inside to wait for it.....lol. I came through the drive through for a reason. So with my broken foot I had to limp in the store to get my meds. You would think that these people would understand how important it for people to have their medications on time. For some, it's detrimental. This pharmacy is pathetic.

I love Walgreens. I've used CVS and rite aid. Even Walmart! Nobody is even close to how great Walgreens is.

How in the world you walk in with a prescription and be told there are 132 ahead of you and they will call. These are post operative prescriptions. Makes no sense. Your que can wait for walk in customers.

The worst customer service ever had to deal with. They told me they didn't have the meds I needed and that they was expensive. Doctor from the va calls and all of a sudden. They have the medicine there. I would avoid this place at all cost

On 3/2. I went to Walgreens to pay a bill that I had cash and it gives you the ability to go to CVS Walgreens 7-11 or Ace. Because I had things to take care of in that area I decided to go to Walgreens, I usually go to 7-11. The bill was a little over 1200.00 so the cashier called her manager who said I can only do $500 at a time mind you I have did this same transaction at a different Walgreens before. So rather than paying the fee 3x I said I'll just go to CVS down the street whome took the payment with no problem 1 transaction. My point is if you are going to provide a service know what you are doing rather than inconvincing people. No shade to the cashier only the manager

This pharmacy is terrible, it's not open on Sundays, which is very inconsiderate when you've been to the hospital and they order here and you can't pick up your medication.

Really disappointing in my service today. Order photos several weeks ago. Supposed to be the 24 hour photos. It’s been two weeks. I’m getting email saying my pictures are complete ready for pick up. This is my second time. Going to the store. When I get there the photo departments has no idea where my orders are & why they’re not ready. Today I asked to speak to a manager. The customer service rep called someone on the phone when I asked was there a manager in the store, she said no. I just walked out, I refuse to spend my money in a store with no supervision.

My mother is a foreigner and does not speak English well. However, she has lived in the United States for 30 years and has no discomfort at all about her life in the United States. My mother said that when she met Asai at this pharmacy, she felt very bad. Asai chooses to ignore others rather than respect them and does not provide help to others. I'm really sad that ASAI works for you. My mom said she will never choose a Walgreen pharmacy again.

2.7 STARS BECAUSE OF LIZ, THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO FIRE HER, Terrible service at the pharmacy, LIZ , LIZ, LIZ IS HER NAME, this lady does NOT BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE, RUDE FOR NO REASON, VERY ARGUMENTATIVE., NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL , went to get my vaccines, she was so RUDE, THAT I CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND WENT TO RITEAID INSTEAD!!!SUCH A SHAME
