The lady at the front desk was really rude and had a lot of attitude like I get it you deal with people everyday but why project that on someone else. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hello this branch I've seen repeatedly seen people have problems . Today was my day I guess . I paid off 1260.00 o my credit card and was told they will not take the last 10 dollars in change .Then asked for a manager .I was told he would get the managers .Then he came back and told me no he would not .I would haft to come inside very rudely .if the policy is the policy I will respect that but the lack of professionalism is the problem . I will not return to this branch and advised others to not come .

If you are a small business this is not the bank you want. There is nothing helpful or personal about banking here. You will never get someone on the phone at the branch either. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.I’m giving 2 stars because a few tellers were very kind when I would come in.

Rod'Nay was very unprofessional. She barely spoke. I was next in line she looked up so i said are you ready for me? She shook her head and proceeded with my transaction. No hello, how can I help you. Nothing. Usually everyone is friendly here .....

I just wanted to acknowledge the young lady working the drive through. I have come through twice recently for simple transactions. I was so impressed with her gentle, respectful manner. She is truly rare and appreciated for her authentic graciousness. She also didn't make me have to fill out forms which I appreciate as I have wrist pain and writing is challenging.

Terrific customer service here! Every transaction I have ever had here has been friendly and efficient. The people are knowledgeable and helpful and always have a smile for me. I don't often have need to go into a branch for service, but when I do, I don't dread it like I do at other places.

I had appointment 4:00 pmI went there 3:50 pm and told them I have 4:00 pm appointment , a man told me ok but no one show up till 4:20 pm that’s why I left the branch.

Came to know that the bank works only on an appointment basis even if you try to create an account over here. You should learn from other branches where they help their customers in creating bank accounts since that's the basics of the banking system. I don't recommend this branch.

Teller manager Joan was unprofessional in handling customer complaint. Wells Fargo deposited a check in the wrong account and She wouldn’t let me speak and continually cut me off. I even asked her “can I please finish speaking” and she said “no” ....I will reach out to whoever necessary to address the attitude issue with the manager there.

Poor management and incompetence. Our Mortgage Consultant lied about Wells Fargo paying a supplemental tax bill from escrow. I have just received a new statement with a penalty and interest charge. I have received no return phone call or email from our mortgage consultant or the Wells Fargo branch after leaving messages. Wish I would have went with TowneBank for my mortgage loan. Maybe it's time to look into refinancing with them...

Business hours said 9am -5pm and the doors was closed and the employees saw me and didn't say nothing but look at me and rolled they eyes. The lady in drive thru was nice. Poor customer service from the tellers inside. Then I went in the drive thru and they tried to keep my card until I said something.
