i had to wait a long time on hold which I didn't mind and am very understanding. the lady who finally answered was extremely rude, she asked the name of my prescription and while was trying to pronounce it she proceeds to almost shout today at me. customer service should be the #1 priority and it clearly is not at this... read full comment
