I wish I could give zero stars. Pete is the most unprofessional receptionist I've ever met. I called to get my dog's results because my visit wasn't very thorough and he first said "just hold on while you figure out what we're doing since I'm not thorough" and he gets back on the phone and gives me the results and says "we're very thorough" and hung up in my face. I called back and he answered and hung right up so I tried once more and he answers and says "are you calling to complain?" and hangs up in my face again. This was my first visit to the facility and I'm almost afraid that he won't even give me my dog's paperwork to go see another vet. This was the worst experience that I've ever had with a veterinarian facility.

First off...this place is highly expensive...one of the most expensive vets I've visited here. The care does NOT reflect the cost by any means. These people are greedy and rude! I took my cat there and spent $700. I was prescribed one medicine for my cat's arthritis. The dr told me she would call in something stronger if needed after this script was gone since what I was given is basically like ibuprofen. After the bottle was gone, I called for a refill (the very first refill on this script). I was then told that I could not receive a refill without coming in for a visit. I've never heard of a vet not giving refills, and I was told at my visit that I could get one when needed. I told them that's not ok, and I would go elsewhere. Well thank God I looked around, bc the exact same medicine is sold at chewy without a script. I put it on auto refill, so I never run out. Best part is it was $30 cheaper. So tell me how they're able to sell this medicine at chewy with no script, but I was refused a refill without being seen?? My cat can't walk without this medicine, and they were perfectly ok with that since I wasn't giving them more money. Greed at its finest! I'm military so have been to tons of vets in several different states, and I've never been treated like that...EVER! I've actually never gone to a vet that didn't truly care about the pets. Such a shame!!! But I will gladly take my $700 visits to another vet that actually cares about their patients and not just the money!

I recently took my cat in for a check-up and she is being taken good care of. My cat has some common health problems and parasites. all worked out pretty well . They also deeply cleaned the cat's ears. They were really friendly and explain any details to us. My cat is usually nervous, but when he gets home, he seems happy. The next day he looked much fresher. They also paid a return visit call to my cat the next day to make sure everything was all right. And they can also take samples of feces at any time, which is really convenient. And the price not expensive. This has to be a 5 star.

Biggest mistake I ever made in my life was putting my baby in harms way by taking her to this place. God rest her beautiful soul. I never called to get refunded almost $2000 back. The vet NEVER CALLED ME BACK after finding out Jewel passed away. They sent me a card in the mail that I threw away. I just had concerns after speaking to the receptionist at the emergency vet clinic. Jewel was in no condition after surgery to be released to me. She was moaning when I pick her up. Woodland knew she was going to die.

This place is actually pretty good it may be a little expensive but the money is worth the care of thy give your animal. I gave this place a two star because the customer service of the male receptionist that works there is absolutely horrible. He is very rude, seems like he doesn't have the time of day to talk to you or help whatsoever and honestly I'm not sure why they have him working there. One of my last encounters with him was me calling him to ask why they had called. He told me to listen to my voicemail and then immediately hung up on me. With so many other veterinarians around it's the little things that counts and this guy is pulling their star rating down. Not sure if I'll be returning customer after this.

The experience that I have had for the last year and a half with this veterinarian has been the worst I have ever experienced in my life with any of my animals they are very rude and very disrespectful I asked for documents to be sent to me by the end of the day and they told me yes once they found out that I was removing my cat from their veterinarian to another they told me that they will get to it when they can they did not care if I write a review or not again do not bring your animals to this veterinarian they are unprofessional and very rude

I used to speak so highly of this place, until they started treating us poorly. We spent $700+ on tests and medicines my cat didn’t even need. They also charge a re-exam fee if your pet still isn’t better, which I have never had to pay at any vet before. They told me my cat had an infection and medicated her, then when I took her to the new vet, they said she never had one. The younger man that works at reception sometimes is also very rude to people.

I've been to quite a few vets since I've become a cat mom and I can truthfully say Woodland has given me the best service, care, and peace of mind. Dr. Amos and Margaret care about my lil one as much as they would care about their own pet!! Unfortunately my cat needed emergency services, but they recommended me to great hospitals in the area since I didn't want to go back to the closest one that I didn't like the service at. They've called me to check up on my cat and everyone there is just so great. I HIGHLY recommend this vet if you consider your pet a child!!!! They will treat your little ones like family.

This place is amazing. Got us in the next day. Had my baby with me so they took my dog back and then brought him out to me. Even helped me to my car. Great staff. Super nice.
