It was very easy to place my order. The driver who brought my order was incredibly kind. I had messed up the address and she still got my order to me. Im very impressed and grateful.

Idk what has happened with this 711. It honestly sucks. The beverage fridge is not cold. I got multiple drinks and all were room temp. I can’t even stop to get a cold water… AT A CONVENIENCE STORE. The slurpee machine doesn’t have any labels, nothing is ever restocked, and they’re closer randomly for no reason at all. This used to be my go to neighborhood stop. The last 5 times I have left without purchasing anything.

I had an order for this 711 delivered a little bit ago and all I can say is, wow. Not only was I missing items but the items that I did receive somehow ended up being wrong and surprise surprise! They even gave me a delicious spoiled mozzarella cheese wrapped in prosciutto with a hint of moldy goodness. Someone please allow that person to survive on unemployment, amen.
All in all this 7-Eleven sucks but the workers suck even harder, pun very much intended.

I live a few blocks from here and am a night owl. It seems as if every single time I go there the doors are locked with a handwritten sign taped to the door that states “closed , delivery, knock loud”. Times that this has occurred ranged from 1145 at night up to 5:45 in the morning on any given night. The employee appears to have a male friend in the store with her. I’ve given up stopping by there anymore.The day employees are great though.

Never opened 24/7. All the beer prices are always wrong. When I buy beer they don’t fix the price they just say that the morning people need to fix the price tags. One of the employees focuses on Door Dash orders and will finish a full order before helping a customer in person.

Now for the last 15 years or so I’ve been going to a 7 eleven store whether it’s just for the coffee or something I may need, I’ve never been to the point where I’ve made up in my mind I’m done. 4 different times I’ve been to this Ghent store and has been taking out of my character by 3 different employees at this store. So go and use a service that they offer and the employee literally talked pure smack to me talking about how long I was in her line and started throwing stuff at me across the counter. I’ve never seen such bad customer service in my entire life especially when I’m spending my money hard earned money to support the business. It’s ridiculous. But I won’t be returning. I’d rather spend more money at Starbucks.

Was very happy with my experience at the store and my encounter with both the day shift lady and the night shift lady was very comforting and professional and actually on the way back to the hospital where I was unfortunately at I gave directions to somebody to go to that specific 7-Eleven... LOL

Every morning I have came in for the past week to get a nice fresh cup of coffee, and check this out , it was never made, I mean NO COFFEE, imagine that, so I asked the gentleman "hey what time do you guys usually make coffee, I mean are you out of it" he says no we make it at 0800! Everyone is at work by then smh, they are all out of muscle milk ! And some days you can't buy cigarettes because the person behind the counter can't sell them, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, the 7/11 ON HAMPTON BLVD, always stocked and COFFEE HOT TO THE RIM, PLUS THE OWNER IS SO DEDICATED, he even works there!!
