Chris (she, her) was rude as I attempted to load my CashApp card. I asked her if I offended her she said no I told her that her response (tone) was off putting. She handed me my money back and dismissed me. If this is how you treat your customers then I’d rather not shop at your store.

There are always multiple homeless people standing all around the 7-11 property. Three different people were standing or sitting around the entrance way. They seemed to be independent (not together). To get to the door you have to maneuver your way past them or around them. While doing this you are being asked for money. When leaving, again I have to almost push myself around the 2 guys in my way while they all for spare change. One guy standing against the trash can with his head resting on top of it. Inside there was a long line and one teller. She was friendly but over extended it appeared. The people outside are a little intimating and I considered not going in. My 2 closest 7-11's were recently sold to other businesses so this is my second time going to this 7-11 and both times it was the same. I go to 7-11 because of the Marlboro Brand cigg. Discount but it's not worth the risks involved with this store. It's sketchy there and it feels like there is a lot going on in that parking lot.

This 7-Eleven is absolutely terrible. The customer service is trash, the employees are rude, and the whole place just feels unsafe. Every time I come here, there’s some kind of problem.
First off, there’s this Black male employee who always has a smart mouth, especially toward kids. Instead of just ringing people up and doing his job, he talks down to younger customers and acts like he’s better than them. I’ve even heard him make slick comments when people pay with EBT, like he thinks it’s funny. It’s disrespectful and unnecessary. No one should be judged when they’re just trying to buy food or drinks.
Then there’s the short white female manager. She is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She never listens, just keeps saying “what” over and over like she can’t be bothered to actually help. She has a nasty attitude, and you can tell she doesn’t care about customers at all. She stands around watching people like she’s waiting for them to mess up, instead of actually managing the store.
On top of all that, this store is unsafe. A woman was robbed inside the store by a group of men who took her purse. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. The fact that something like that could happen inside the store, and they still run business as usual, is crazy. I’ve also seen multiple men come in looking for that Black male employee, saying he owes them money. It makes you wonder what kind of shady business is really going on here. The parking lot is always full of random people just hanging around, making it feel even more unsafe, especially at night.
If you care about decent customer service, safety, or even just not dealing with rude employees, avoid this 7-Eleven. The workers have bad attitudes, the atmosphere is sketchy, and the whole place is just a mess. Go somewhere that actually respects its customers, because this place clearly doesn’t.

if I could get zero stars I would. I watched a store employee for no reason at all stop somebody without probable cause the person was in Plainview of both the employee and the counter at all times, so there was no reason to think that they were doing anything wrong, but the employee stopped and touched the person which is actually not allowed in Virginia According to their code the employee made detain somebody up to one hour while waiting for police, but may not touch anybody that employee should be fired because he won not only touch somebody without their permission but who broke the law saying he can do whatever he wants in his own store.
Virginia Code § 18.2-105.1, Is the code that the young man believed he understood, but was breaking when he actually touched a person while performing a search. It is advised that you do not go in there unless you want to be profiled and touched against your will.

The worst! ? Vicious looking people camp out here. Cashiers are rude as hell and very disrespectful! Assistant manager (male) wears a ball cap with long black straight hair was vaping at the register while ringing up customers! What on earth??!! You have to ask for a cup for drinks that are behind the register. The store is filthy! I wouldn’t dare eat anything from their disgusting grill that employees put on! ? Do Norfolk a favor and shut this location down or hire clean employees who don’t look unkept or like drug addicts with no patience or customer service skills! Avoid this location at all costs! ⚠️⛔️

I asked if it was possible for me to have a change for a $5 bill. I have to know why I was not able to receive change? The $5 bill was for me to catch the bus. Spending more than 50 cent would not allow me to catch that bus.
