This is one of the worst 7-elevens in Hampton roads. They have a terriable selection compared to other stores. They also are frequently out of stock on almost all products depending on the day. The place is always understaffed and a 2 minute stop at the store quickly turns into a 15 minute stop. The owner has several different locations and all the locations are in a simlar state of lack of inventory and terriable selection. The major problem with here is there isn’t another store for miles. I believe if this place actually had competition they would be out of business in a few months. The fact that they don’t means no one cares how the store looks or is stocked. Please do better. The residents of Willoughby have no other options.

God please get this convenient store bought and sold by a whole new owner who cares about standards set by 711 headquarters rating this particular store as the Worst 7-11 in the U.S.A. 23503. The winner is Norfolk, Virginia 11th OCEAN View Ave, Willoughby Spit! Cashiers the good ones don't stay because big guy in the kid shirt rags don't pay, not enough to keep the good ones. So now lazy ignorance is what we patrons deal with. This 7-11 closes and locks doors while they sleep, or come up with any excuse to not get our money and check out customers, to not give any kind of convenience or polite well mannered services to the customer, they rather sleep than greet. The community here would be checked out faster without further resistance when the kiosk robots do the checking out, Amen!

The cashier are too busy talking on their phone to help. Waited in line for 15 minutes when only 1 person in front of me . Then it took another 10 minutes to check out while they're still talking on the phone to their friends . Need better cashier's

This store has some fraudulent activity going on
My close relative experienced ebt fraud from this store and the short black lady that tells everyone she's the manager is the one who did the transaction early morning hours on 4/7/2025 my relative purchased 68 dollars worth of merchandise and ended up getting all of their benefits swiped off the card and she didn't give them their receipt , they didn't realize the funds was missing until they went shopping later on that day
That's so wrong, I know they got something going on at that store, and the lady that did the transaction she has a reputation for being arrogant and a nasty attitude, plus more ..like flirting with male customers of choice

Yeah I was not very impressed the associate was on the phone while waiting on me had to ask him for a bag three times had to ask him for my cigarettes twice he tried to ring me up for Marlboro lights and I specifically asked for Marlboro Red special select 100 this location is been nothing but b******* since Leroy left this location used to be amazing but it's been going downhill for a long time that's why I don't shop here very so something needs to be done or they would have a 5-star review

Nice store but there always seems to be characters that hang around in the parking lot. I watched a guy stand in front of a trash van and throw trash right on the ground.
