That little short light skin lady on day shift is very rude, I observed her disrespecting customers everytime I come to this store. Today I came and after not paying attention to me the customer I had to go back inside to find out she was running her mouth so much that she didn't ring up my gas. She then proceeded to run her mouth more trying to tell me I was laughing. Wtf does my laughing have to do with her paying attention to my purchase and what I'm asking her. She's a very poor excuse for an employee and should be terminated expeditiously.

Went to get a few things like Coffee lotto...ok so...I asked is there any coffee fresh? There was no coffee brewed, lady tells me she doesn't know how to make it....So than get to the register ask for easy pick & cashier told me she didn't know how to do it unless on slip but I wanted computer pick. Left everything on counter not to mention they don't keep no hot food out pass 8pm

Stopped in at the 7-Eleven in Norfolk and Ms Wendy and Mr Maurice had the store very clean wasn't sure what direction to catch the interstate but they were helpful, with excellent customer service, it was really refreshing to see great customer service great job 7-Eleven

3 am Saturday 4/9/2022; I am more than upset with how I was treated at this 711. Everything was great until I went up to the register and told the cashier I needed to use my ebt card. She immediately started talking under her breath saying she doesn't understand why I have an ebt card, when I asked her what she had said she repeated herself and said I dont "look" like someone who should be able to use this type of card. Well I'm sorry but how does one "look" like they should have access to an EBT card. I kept full composure and stated that from time to time everyone needs some kind of help. She laughed said ohhh OK, well I hope someone picks you up and takes care of you. I don't need to use food stamps." At this point I am in actual shock that this is a conversation I'm having with someone, especially someone who works in the store. I lost it when she said well I don't think you have kids you dont look like you have any children. She wasn't the only person in the store at the time, there was a gentleman stocking the shelves beside the doughnuts. He never bothered to come out or to say a word. There were multiple customers in the store and at the register waiting behind me. I was beyond mortified. I haven't been disrespected like this by any employee at any store ever. I have no idea why she decided today was the day, but it wasn't. 711 has lost a customer for life.

Another 7-11 off my list for fuel. Business travelers require printed receipts. If I go to a station back to back times with no printer paper in a pump I do not return. Third time actually this location. It’s a conscious decision by cheap franchise owners to save money.

Keep driving. The 10 homeless men standing outside should have been a red flag but I went in anyway. Instead of just asking for change outside, One homeless man followed me inside, proceeded to follow me to the drink coolers, waited until I grabbed a soda, then he grabbed himself 2 giant beers and asked me to pay for them, i told him no. I then went to the cashier to let him know there were 8 to 10 of them loitering outside making people uncomfortable and he explained that he can't do anything about it. So I won't ever stop here again.

On way to work wanted breakfast bite and the cashier was sweeping, I asked for the item he acknowledged me but kept on sweeping until he finished. The bread was cold and falling apart. Not a good experience

Just went for gas. I enjoy the stations which provide the option to enter in your membership info for a discount. The one near my house does not have that capability.
