The guy with long hair is always rude, he got mad at me because all the bar codes weren't facing him. I also bought something today and didn't realize until lunch time that it was moldy. I'll go out of my way to avoid this store.

Guy with the ponytail needs a lesson in customer service. No, I don’t want to hear your entire phone conversation. Yes, I’d like for you to speak back when I greet you. It’s basic customer service. Please revisit the staffing expectations at this store.

I've been going to this place for years. Just recently, a new face showed up at the register. All employees at this location have always been very pleasant and friendly. I'd go out of my way to visit this store as opposed to others because of the pleasant staff, until saturday and today. I walked in on Saturday, and the person at the register was not very pleasant. Ok, no big deal, right. No, it was uncomfortable, unpleasant, and rude. This person never gave me my total, assumed I knew what it was, and then gave me an attitude when I said my change was wrong. Today, well, it just continued. I went back in and almost left when I saw the same person at the register. I thought, well, maybe they had a bad day on Saturday. Nope,it happened again. A comment made loud enough for me to hear. "I love when ppl throw money at me." I said I didn't throw it at you. They said, was I talking to you. I was talking to myself. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my astonishment, was standing there the whole time.I called corporate to complain. I never do this. You'd have to have experienced this person to understand how miserable and unpleasant.Corporate said they would escalate and address not only the employee but the store manager as well.I didn't call to get anything for free, but they gave me 10,000 points to use at 7-Eleven stores since I'm a loyalty member.My one star is for one store, not 7-eleven as a whole. It is clear they do not tolerate rude behavior from their employees.

This has been the closest 7/11 to me for 3 years now and I spend way too much money here. After months of consistently not being able to get what I need, not being able to pay a bill, add money to cash app, can’t even buy a gift card if the supervisor isn’t there which is 98% of the time I go, I will not waste my time. apparently this is because an employee messed up with it months ago. more times than not I have to turn back around and go somewhere else anyway so I won’t bother with this 7/11 anymore.

Terrible personnel. They assume, just because Im Swedish, that I am drunk because my accent. Worst 7-11 I have been at in the 38 countries I been in!

Really bad Gas stations , im try to put air in my tires and the machine air is not working at all , instead the guy working in the gas station told me the machine is broken , dont care , bad bad bad gas stations

I've Been To Plenty 711's & This One Is The By Far The CLEANEST, I Go ToWawa's, 711's Etc & Always Have To CLEAN The COUNTER TOPS Before Proceeding To Make My Coffee @ This One I Nothing To Do But MakeMy Coffee, Everything Was NEATLYPut Out. I'M AWED WELL DONE, IfI Didn't Live On The Other side Of This One This IWould Be Where I'll ALWAYS GO..KUDOS
