Be careful when dealing with cash at this location. The new hustle is to give you change with some fake bills in it. I knew something was up when the clerk handed me my change. He was acting real nervous but was trying to play it off by speaking another language on the phone. He knew what he was doing. Punk.

Worst experience ever at this 7-Eleven. The music was blaring so loud with foreign songs that it gave me a headache. It was impossible to have a conversation, even with the cashier. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to the fact that customers were waiting. Overall, it felt more like a nightclub than a convenience store. Definitely won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

This is the worst 711 ever always some homeless people out front and the worst management I have ever seen. I do my best to not stop at this store. Only go here when I have to.

I hate to give reviews like this…however this store needs to be cleaned under the soda machine and under the the coffee machines is disgusting this store would be a lot better if it just got the proper cleaning your cleanliness of your store matters especially when serving food.

Horrible out fit . standing outside the store with about 8 other customers because the clerk had to put everyone out of the store because he had to use the restroom. Have never seen anything like this. worst 7 - 11 in virginia. why the substandard service? The neighborhood deserves better..
