I have never felt like writing a review for a 7-11, but I have to say the employees here have always been awesome. Except the punk working there tonight. He should be fired. He is a horrible person, with a great big chip on his shoulder, and just plain sad. Other than that, five stars.

They have the products I need and use. They are also less than ½ mile from my home so they are convenient. The staff is well trained and courteous. I enjoy going there.

It’s your average 7-11 in the area. The coffee looked old, but I did not try any so I cannot say. The store was cleaner than other area 7-11 stores, but it is a smaller location so it feels tight.

I went in to ask where one can buy a bus pass; the lady at the counter was friendly and helpful even though she probably had a long day and under those fluorescent lights! She directed me to the Food Lion. She was just so nice. :) I will be back for seltzer water and ice cream.

Terrible terrible customer service. "no free cup of water"said the worker. I guess that's what happens when a horrible "un-convenient store" has no regard for customer satisfaction. Great job 7-Eleven.

I went to this location tonight, Saturday Nov. 12th the and I had a very unprofessional clerk serving me. She asked me if I was from here, and I responded: ;no, not from VA. " She then, asked again: are you from USA? I replied "yes". She, did not like my response, and went further...borned and raised ? ???? She should be more careful who she is asking these type of questions. She works in a military town very, very near NATO where there are important foreign military personnel. I will contact the store manager soon.
