Used to be my favorite spot until the lady kept asking if I’m 17 years old even after seeing my id and today I was told my quarter wouldn’t be accepted because “Queen Elizabeth is up there”.
I will no longer be spending my hard earned money here

Paid and got told the register was down and not working showed it coming out of my bank account and the manager still made me pay again and couldn’t explain why. It’s not on the customer when your system fails it’s on yall. Do better because that was ridiculous.

I went to get a pack of Newports and I only had 100 dollar bill so the male worker charged me 19.95 because he only gave me $80.05 change I didn't realize until I went to get gas now they keep answering the phone and hanging up because I want my ten bucks that I didn't get back originally

The man Hispanic worker and the female Hispanic worker with long hair are rude. The male Hispanic worker started talking about me in Spanish as if yo no comprende smh which means as if I didn’t comprehend. Yo habla Español which means I speak Spanish!!! Plus he took my points off my 711 account when I hit cancel. I do not suggest going to this 711 for you might be talked about or robbed by the employees. If you steal points you will steal money!!! Hire a new staff por favor!!! Which means please.

I was in the one on Halprin Dr in Norfolk, VA. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is clean and well stocked.

It's always very clean when I visit and well stocked. The staff is always very nice to me and everything is fairly priced.The only downside is the occasional sketchy people that hang out outside of it.
