I go to this location the most as it is around the corner from my home. I usually have no issues with the cashiers (though many lack any interpersonal skills) I usually give them the benefit of the doubt. The owner, an older gentleman, I do take issue with. Several times he’s made sarcastic comments towards me when I have checked out on different occasions… butting in when I’m completing my transaction with a different employee. I brushed it off but today was the final straw and I will not be visiting this location again. I was next in line to pay for my items when the owner called another customer to the front of the line, essentially cutting me, to allow them to cash in their lottery scratchers and then take time to purchase more tickets. Instead of simply ringing my purchase up and then dealing with the lottery gentleman, he made me wait with no explanation. I put my items back on the shelf, paid for the hot food item (as I already removed it from the warmer) and promptly threw it away. I’ll go to Wawa from now on for gas and convenience.

Terrible 1-Star Review:
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Every visit to this 7-11 feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Julia and her mother are some of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in customer service. They rarely speak, unless you’re part of their inner circle, and even then, the attitude is cold at best. It’s clear that they treat certain customers differently based on race, and the environment is just plain hostile. You shouldn’t have to feel stressed walking into a convenience store for a snack or drink. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. I’ll never come back.

I went in to get a large fountain drink that’s advertised as $1 for being a reward member and the store was out of large cups and only had XL cups. I asked the cashier ( kinda short black female) if I was going to be charged the same for a large drink because they only had XL cups , she said she didn’t know and then asked me what I wanted and mumbled something giving me the ok. I also didn’t realize that the regular coke/pepsi was out. I’d already started to fill my drink and tasted the cherry coke, but poured it out because it tasted weird, then l took a small sip of the cherry Pepsi and it was gross as well so I threw the cup in the trash and decided to leave.
As I was turning around I noticed the cashier was staring right at me, watching me as I was the only customer in the store. I casually told her that the sodas had a weird taste as I was walking out. She replied with…”Well you already drinked the soda.” I told her no, “I tasted the soda” and told her why I didn’t want it. I also reminded her that I was a reward member and I come to 7-11’s all the time and all l wanted was a large coke. It’s not my fault they don’t have large cups and we’re out of the favorite drinks most customers like..duhh. She was rude and was like…”Have a nice day ma'am. She said it twice with an attitude like I just came in to drink free soda. I’ve been to this location several times and I’ve been avoiding it on purpose because of the rude cashiers that work here. Again they have no people skills and would be better working alone in a dark hole somewhere. It’s bad enough you’ve raised your prices and now you’re running your customers away as well.
I won’t be returning! Now you have a nice day.

Pulled in for fuel only and ended up going inside.
No issues at the pump with payment. The area was clean and free of debris. They offered window wash.
Went inside for a quick purchase which was smooth. The staff was friendly enough.
I'm at a 3.5, rounding up.

Whoever the cashier is working around 2:30pm today, June 6th very rude girl with the glasses on my husband asked about a large slurpee cup says it's nothing I can do about it and she throws her arms up rolls her eyes I saw it and I told her I'm his wife, you shouldn't be so damn rude, didn't appreciate this, awful customer service she has, will not be returning to this location, so sad the awful people you have working for you, you should have them fix their attitudes, I would like a call about this

I’ve spent a lot of money at this convenient store over the years since it opened. I’ve always purchased my gas here using the rewards points. No more. I’ll take my money to another store. Both women inside had zero customer service. I went to fill my tank and it came up see cashier, so I did it again same thing. I went inside and said ok you told me to see you I was informed by the cashier the pump is fine there must be something wrong with your card…I haven’t had any problem with my card and I also wonder how can you just say that without checking the pump? And they weren’t busy either. They proceeded to charge my card inside but failed to inquire about rewards points another walk back inside….well now it’s my fault I didn’t put my number in. By then I was convinced they didn’t want my money, So I told them cancel it but of course I hadn’t hung up the pump so another trip and one of the cashiers tells me I need to calm down and then of course they started making comments about me. I hung up the pump got my receipt back and won’t be back.

I've never been bothered by pandering. Frequently visited by police officers. Fast and friendly service. Seems to have a wider variety than most 7-11s.
