Wooo! Lots to say about this location. A little over a year ago I rented a gaming PC from here. The PC worked fine for two days before the graphics card pooped the bag. I sent it in to them TWICE because the second PC they gave me didn’t even turn on. So they graciously gave me an upgrade with no extra charges. Months go by and things are running smoothly. I always do EZpay when it comes to Aaron’s and just recently I’ve been bombarded with emails and phone calls stating that they did not receive any payment from me. Concerned of course I check my banking account and see that the transaction did indeed post like normal and on the due date through the automatic transfer. So there shouldn’t be a problem right? It’s been a whole week and I’m still getting calls stating that I haven’t paid and I’m being charged late fees. Their notes say that my payment was approved but something on their end is wrong. I’ve stated that if I get another call claiming I have not paid my dues, I will report to BBB.

I have dealt with Aaron’s over ten years and never had any issues till most recently the older men that deliver are amazing but the young one is lazy I took off work today was here in living room and he claims he came by and called I have no missed calls the only call I got was from Aaron’s where no one was on the line and when I called back I was told it was a mistake now who knows when I’ll have furniture cause I can’t take another day off I will be looking into other rent to own places I do not want to do buissness with Aaron’s anymore they lost a loyal customer

Worst location! Was sold a w/d upon delivery was told "oh well the forgot to upsell you a mount that is necessary for installation and now you must order one yourself and reschedule delivery." Order one on Amazon call to schedule delivery again was then told "we don't deliver to your area and no longer have your merchandise. We will credit your account in a few days." This is unacceptable merchandise was under contract that we are not allowed to cancel but they can for any and no reason. Management is a joke here.

I don’t never had a problem with Aaron but for the pass few months it’s been hell and I’m tried of it they starting to get rude and not reading they notes for when your payment are due

I just got a living room set with a Phillips T.V and a JBL soundbar/w a sub woofer I’ve been a customer for years and I never had any negative concerns with the customer service they are always positive vibes and I visited store and I’d like to give a great shout out to amber T and the general manager Tony also a big shout out to Delivery crew Jamal and Nelson they were very professional and that’s something that you don’t find every day so again great leader ship from Management and you An excellent crew.

I called Aaron’s today simply to inquire and a sweet young lady name Amber assisted me. I had so many questions but yet she was kind, she was patient, she made great suggestions, very professional…just outstanding customer service that I so appreciate. I was impressed!

Horrible company I bought a TV from them an two months later it went out so evidently I thought i was buying a new TV it was used absolutely dissatisfied I have been a customer with them for years an this is the first time I've had an issue but never again
