Storage manager Amanda is met my expectation she is nice and helpful and friendly and even after I change my mind after renting my storage she help me go through process and it was so smooth and I highly recommend this storage but unfortunately they ran out of spaces so fast

Working with Amanda after the passing of my father was great. She helped me get his account current so that I could get his tools and honor his legacy. I give Amanda 5 stars but I can't give allsafe 5 stars.Ramona was HORRIBLE and just god-awful to deal with. She made an already painful time in my life even worse. She was harassing me, asking me a bunch of unnecessary as if I was under investigation, asking how many trips I was going to take and when, asking me about the gate code I was using and peeping over in my personal space to find out, calling me after I left to repeat the same info already given earlier and to ask more questions. I honestly will steer clear of every Allsafe for the rest of my life to avoid this woman. I blocked the Allsafe number so that she can't call me again. Her fake condolences were insincere and I hope that someone makes it so that she never works with customers again. She needs to be a Warden at a prison not a customer service representative.
