When I came in to upgrade my iPhone today, Jamario was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all and talked me through my options to help me choose a phone that I’m extremely happy with! He even helped me save over $100 on my bill each month by switching to a better, more current plan. I didn’t feel rushed, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. I have always had a great experience at this location and I look forward to visiting again when it’s time to upgrade another device!

I was walking down Colley Ave, saw an AT&T store, I figured I'm an AT&T customer for many years, let me go in and see what's new. There was a sales agent, he decided to look up my account, and said to me It looks like you are under a very old AT&T plan that is more expensive, the current plan that is the same as yours is cheaper. And he asked me if I wanted to make the switch. I was like sure why not. HOWEVER, unbeknownst to me, the cheaper plan didn't have HBO Max! He NEVER mentioned that by switching my plan, I will lose my HBO Max! He told me it was the same plan! Now I can't go back to the old plan, that plan doesn't exist anymore. Thanks a lot AT&T. Your employees need more training!

Would of put 5 but the second visit, they didn't put the customer first. Just tried helping multiple cusomers at the samentime.

An amazing customer service experience tonight with Mario. He was truly wonderful in every way. He reminded me why I’m still an AT&T customer. My phone trade-in took longer than I thought and it was past closing. He was so gracious, and helping multiple groups at once. He’s a true asset, and I’m not sure why he’s not the manager. Hint hint.

Today i went to my local AT&T store because i ordered a new IPhone 16. The address put on the shipping address was incorrect. Manager Kevin single handedly took care of everything. He got on the phone with UPS tracked down the UPS driver and was able to get them to pick the phone up and drop it off at the correct store location. Not only that he made sure i backed up my phone and had everything i needed to have my new iPhone set up. Seller customer service from this manager AT&T is lucky to have him representing them.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin at AT&T, and I can't say enough good things about him! He provided my husband and me with the best customer service we've experienced in a while. Kevin took the time to thoroughly explain all the options for upgrading our service and phones. He made sure we understood every part of the process and answered all our questions with patience and clarity. It's not often you find someone so dedicated to ensuring customers are fully informed and comfortable with their decisions. Highly recommend Kevin and this AT&T location for anyone looking for top-notch service!

Melanie was more than helpful I had a very hard time upgrading my phone was very frustrating but she worked hard and did not give up up until I had my new phone... I appreciate her help!!! I would give her 10 stars!!!!
