AT&T, at N. Military Hwy, Norfolk, VA is very professional, pleasant, clean and customer friendly atmosphere. I am always greeted, and If, associates were with customers, I am told someone will be with you shortly. I come monthly to pay my prepaid phone bill. So, I go to the kiosk. There have been times the kiosk is down, and an associate will assist me immediately by taking the payment. This location is an excellent place to conduct business

Kirshera(spelling) EXCELLENT customer service person. Good understanding of what AT&T offers. Knows the product and how they work. If she is not their next time I am willing to wait.for her. She is all about business and easy ti talk to. Thanks again

Bad service long long time to wait,,
If u added a line with them for 50$ your bill will 75$ how why? No body know
U have to call and make a complaint to take care of it

This store is horrible it was only one person working I came in just to pay a phone bill and had to wait damn near 45 mins to get served then associate was rude when I ask was she the only one in here then another employee walk in the back and never came out to assist or help

I love my experience with DJ! He was very professional, knowledgeable & funny! Great personality & excellent customer service skills. I even observed him interact with a co worker that had a bad attitude & he handled her very well & did not feed into her bad energy. I would return to this location (Norfolk - Military Highway) just because of him!

DJ was very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. The wait time to talk to an associate was over an hour, which s unacceptable.

horrible service on 5/4/24. The Hispanic lady who works there (never introduced herself) needs a class in customer service and how to treat people. Went in there to see what we can do for my husband's Fold Z that stopped working, and all she could do was blame us and remind us that we still had 16 payments left. She did write down the number to Asurion ( tore it off a pad and handed it )to us, very unprofessional). Unfortunately, it was the wrong number. I did finally get ahold of the proper number. The person at Asurion was extremely helpful, and we have another phone on the way.
