My husband went in with a lost and very broken phone that we'd found at a local park. Staff acknowledged his presence by saying "We'll be with you in a moment," but clearly were deep in conversation with customers--"a moment" is not synonymous with "eventually, after we've gone through several phones with a clueless customer who could look up all this stuff online." Next time you encounter this, please ask individuals what they've come to the store for first and foremost before saying "we'll be with you in a moment" when you clearly don't seem to mean it? It only takes maybe 30 extra seconds of your paid time to do this. Some of us go out of our way to return lost or stolen items and have other errands to run. Also if you don't already have a lost/stolen secure phone bin, maybe implementing one would totally eliminate your staff from having to take time away from customers.

Had my discount removed in error last upgrade. Was misquote for applecare. Was misquoted for pricing of services and how upgrades work. Had to repair the back of my phone then was told needed to replace the screen. The wrong watch was ordered and was told I had to do it online. Spent over 2hrs online to sort it out with no resolution. Extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience and service.

I worked a few people in this store and they were all great except for one but more recently the interactions have been so good that I got more products. My roommate arrived from Mexico finally and needed a phone. Matt got us a representative that spoke Spanish and we added a line but I inquired about the Home internet explaining that I didn't want the competitions home internet. They smiled and informed me of AT&T internet. I came back and signed up Matt got me straight but listen. This home internet is really good and fast. I lost cameras when I left cable for mobile internet now this Air internet is faster and better than both. Cameras are back. Jump on this internet because I know you don't like your internet providers.

There was only one rep working and the store was packed. The rep also lied about my upgrade stating that I couldn’t upgrade and had to buy the phone. I called att and they let me upgrade without having to buy a phone. This location is very inconsistent with the AT&T policies and it seems like they follow their own rules in this store. I hope AT&T closes this location. It’s not worth the time. Go to the other locations in the area. Trust me!I just recently reported them to the Loyalty Team for AT&T and apparently I’m not the first person that has been lied to or misinformed from this location. They better count their days.

Twice I've gone in to do a basic return on an unopened iPhone 15 pro max. A highly sought after device that's not in stock anywhere.Twice I was lied to and said they couldn't take it back. Twice I was told there's a $55 restocking fee (this does NOT apply to unopened apple devices.)I ran a lvl 4 AT&T corporate store for three years as an RSM and came in with support and internal article numbers with the process defined step by step.This store is an example of why AT&T lost the JD Power customer satisfaction award.As a former employee and stockholder, this experience was shameful and a waste of hours of my time.

AT&T needs to hire more store reps. I was there for two hours and had to self-solve my problem. That's not cool!! That's one reason why I favored Tmobile because their Customer Service is top-notched!! I only switched over because I received a FREE S-23 Ultra.Although my store rep was apologetic and accomodating, but the excessive wait time was a deal breaker. After my three years, I will probably return to Tmobile.

The staff seemed nice enough… to the other customers. The two of us sat in there for close to 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging our existence. I get you’re busy but this was ridiculous.
