Dan and Jimmy went out of their way providing excellent service rebuilding our Balmar alternator. The turnaround time was very fast. I sent them my alternator by UPS on Tuesday and I received it back by UPS on Monday. Thanks for your awesome service.

Never had a problem with alternators starters they couldn’t remedy. Prices are the lowest in Hampton Roads. Quality standard is High.

Customer service is null and void here. The person I dealt with was almost downright rude. My car keys weren't even handed to me once the service was provided. If I didn't have a NEED, I wouldn't have gone here. Just horrible.
